3 ★ Not sure how I like it. Can't seem to figure out the app and my husband said that I snored a lot last night.
1 ★ Got the device in Dec 2022 and it seemed to work fine and help other than the pain it causes from wearing on the same side. Still hurts but not as much. 2 weeks after I started using I also had the app closing itself. I was told to return the device for a replacement bu seller, then 2 days AFTER mailed the developer said to uninstall, then reinstall to fix the issue. New received, uninstall/install 3 times and device will not connect. Emailing today but think it's going back for refund. Junk.
1 ★ The app will not open it keeps crashing
3 ★ Started out great for the first week or so, now the app won't connect to Bluetooth (error code says the ear piece will not allow connection) and now the app closes on it's own and will not sync to let me see my data. I think the deviceis working but with no ability to connect or sync I am not sure.
