5 ★ Bought the drone and downloaded the app. Great times so far, just cant zoom the camera is there an app for that. Asking fir a friend.

Bought Walmart. 1 trouble connect app. 2 video range~50m choppy. 3 SDcard no work. 4 apply return Walmart, online accepts return.. store then refuses.5 deal with it till took off cross sky 250m into treestop, bloop disappear! Remote see no drone 6 1hour look, find in ditch cry help. 7drone tough 1 propbrok 8 fix 9 do bloop again 10 1propbrok 11 fix #2 12 fly for week then drone no connect app. 13 open up remote antenna fake product is scam app is joke no buy

4 ★ This drone is great. I would not have guessed it came from Walmart if I had not bought it myself. I just got a mavic mini as well. They cost a bit more. If your strapped for cash, you can't go wrong with the Phoenix. Max distance from home point: 650', give or take a few feet. It goes a lot faster than what the box says as well. I would give it 5 stars if you could change the metric system to US system.

3 ★ App could use some tweekin and simplifying. Otherwise its a good drone operating app.

1 ★ As for the drone it flys and records video and pictures good. But for this app it is awful. The app only allows you to record video and take photos. I have tried it on two devices now and the same. The app does not connect to the drone GPS, so unfortunately you cannot use the follow me function not the orbit or route planning functions. If you are looking for a beginner drone that only takes high altitude photos and video the this is for you.

1 ★ My phone will not detect wifi signal. My wifes phone will but it only connected one time. The second time to fly the drone would not connect to app and camera would not work. The drone powers on and launches but without the proper wifi connection it doesnt fly right. Watched numerous reviews and instructional videos and I am doing everything correct. So my guess is the app is the problem. Not sure what to do next. I really like the drone itself.

1 ★ Not getting your other Apps (X-drone or X-drone PRO) to work, I downloaded this one VTI Phoenix. It also gives the "performing abnormally will shutdown" message b4 it crashes. X-drone crashes, X-drone Pro won't stay connected, and VTI Phoenix crashes just like X-drone does. So, none of your Apps work. they look really good, but if they don't work...what's the point. plus, no one has responded to any of the reviews that clearly state the APP is broken and has become virtually worthless.

3 ★ In app options are great, only problem is the video doesnt seem to save to an sd card at all. Tried multiple times and it says its recording only to find out there is no video on The SD card.. Edit 11/8/2019 I have not recieved a response to the company listed above for a serious issue with this Drone. It has been a month no reply. Do not buy this drone as it was Built by MJX drones and they will not speak with you. You are left with Vivitar.

5 ★ If you read all the book and app info and set your phone settings properly the app works great on my galaxy 8 plus I just wish it could be programmed to fly to a destination on maps and notify me when it's there and let me see it soon my screen so I then can take pics then return home after my pics are took. That's the kind of drone action I'm wanting.lol right?

4 ★ I don't know why, but I see 10 to 12 satellites and when I try to use "point of interest" or "follow me", I have a message that drone was not in hover mode or GPS signal is weak. Does anyone have same issues? Besides that, everything works fine.

1 ★ Does not work with Google Pixel 4. Will not connect to aircraft.

1 ★ My cell phone doesn't even see the drone's wifi. After hours of looking for a solution I called Vivitar. And I was told that I had to have one of the brand-new $1000+ 5G phones or I would be unable to use application. I am terribly disappointed.

3 ★ decent drone everybody describing issues with not being able to create video I'm having that issue I have two class 10 SD cards cannot create it get it to create video for the life of me but it does fly and I have had several instances where the GPS works and it'll follow points of interest that you put on your map Pixel 4 XL if they could make it record video I'd give it five stars I sent a message to the developer
