3 ★ I love being able to view my camera's from anywhere. However every single time I try to view a playback it completely freezes. I can only view playbacks from my hard drive which is in a very inconvenient spot to have to sit and watch but I can't move it anywhere else. Please fix the playback feature and I'll give 5 stars!
3 ★ I had it working on my Hawei Glory, then I changed phones to an LG L22C Power. It seems to log in to the server but only shows black screens for the camera output. Un-installed it, then re-installed it, now it works again.
1 ★ I've spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support to no avail. I was asked to try certain port's. Those port's were unavailable so LaView asked me to call AT&T and request those ports be opened. I spent another hour with att on my day off. This is WAY too complicated for average people to have to deal with. Thank God I have other cameras by different companies.
1 ★ Why in the world would you force your users to look at a screen telling you how convenient your app is every time they open it up and make them have to hit a tiny Ok button to get into it? It is ludicrous. Just open the app!!! If you want it to be convenient, have it save the last configuration that they used. Why make us go through selecting the device, view, and cameras every time? If there's something happening and you need to see it quickly, this app is merely a source of frustration. The same goes for the desktop software.
2 ★ app crashes when switching from another app. the biggest problem isn't the app, it's the laughable requirement of Internet Explorer to be able to view your cameras from a browser. you can't use Chrome or Safari or Firefox or Vivaldi or Chromium or IceCat; NONE OF THEM. the security nightmare that is IE is required to view your security cameras. think about that.

1 ★ I used to be able to look at my home when I was at work and now I changed a modem not a router and now it no longer works. I have tried resetting everything and still nothing. Wasted my money I feel.
