Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.

Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.

Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

3 ★ I've been with Vipon for 3 years now. I've finally almost reached my $20 cash in for commenting & sharing...and now app is only counting 9 points each day. I've tried to reach out via app help section but it won't actually send. Seems quite intentional not to actually add my points I've earned. PS: my network isn't weak. I'm on both home WiFi & on my data of major company (not prepaid service). Its the app lagging & error codes.

1 ★ Using 3 devices and they all show different items or don't show anything at all. PC website Can't even access half the features. This android app is missing half the upcoming items. Apple safari browser shows all items but reset filters.

2 ★ Most codes are now just the amazon promo codes which could be collected straight through amazon. Also app continuously crashes and doesn't load anything. Used to be a great app now average if lucky

5 ★ I would have given this five stars. I have been using vipon for a long time. I love it and have recommend it to friends. However, i can no longer use the app. It keeps crashing. I have tried uninstalling and installing, restarting my phone, and switching between wifi and 4g. Nothing works. Update: it's working now. Thank you! I love vipon!

1 ★ I went to bed and the app was laggy but functionable... I wake up and the app is trash. Can't login. Can't even get the app to open without crashing. Please fix this expediently. The website is doing the same foolishness. If it ain't broke.. Update: Now getting error message 1006 😞. Still constantly crashing. I reached out to support but no response.

5 ★ Issue fixed, works great again. Used to be great. Now their new mobile website and app won't load. They both say connection errors. The app just flat out crashed when trying to launch.

5 ★ App is up and working again. I'm always finding great deals on here. I'd say about 95% of merchandise I buy from here I keep. So it's about 5% returned because the item wasn't up to par, didn't work, wasn't as described in the sellers page. I don't find fault with Vipon for that. Thanks Vipon for the great deals!!

1 ★ Terrible! App doesn't even load anything! Constantly crashes saying network error when I've got Internet! Do yourself a favour DON'T DOWNLOAD THIS HORRENDOUS APP........

1 ★ Purchased lots through this app but now it just keeps crashing. Some items I ordered didn't arrive. Amazon did pay up but don't like reimbursing for 3rd party sellers. Be careful if items look to good to be true then they probably are as I discovered. Plus some items are just as cheap elsewhere However you can pick up some great bargains if you manage to get the app running

4 ★ The app isn't working as of last few days. Says system error, check internet connection. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, going on your website directly, all fail. All of my other apps and websites work fine but cant access vipon in any way. ***** ok, thx Vipon for being so responsive. You indeed fixed the issue and I can again enjoy Vipon!

1 ★ Since the new update, nothing works, it tells me I have no Internet when I have, WiFi and 4g. The app closes after 0.4 seconds. This really has gone downhill over the last 6 months and now its so bad its literally unusable. I tried the website, and that's exactly the same

1 ★ Is your app and your website down. Both will not let me open page. Says no internet connection. Which i know is false. Can you fix immediately this is an app I use all the time. I love this app will change it back to 5 stars when fixed just wanted to get ur attention.

4 ★ I use this site a lot it's always nice to save a few extra bucks when you can my only complaint is not sure if there was an update but the app will not open nor does the website work it gives me a network error just thought I bring this to your attention and see if I was the only one having this problem

1 ★ My app keeps crashing all of a sudden! :( I unistalled & reinstalled but SAME. It gives a Network Error flash stating Check Internet connection. Ugh! I have internet & wifi enabled. No issues with any other apps or internet. I can only access using the website & not app. Please fix.
