5 ★ The app is so helpful
1 ★ One star for lying. There's no way this is "leading" when other dictionary/translation apps have 100s of thousands or millions of downloads and this has a tiny fraction of that. "best" is a nice ambiguous term but "leading" needs obvious stats or clearly defined metric. If only Google could vet this stuff better. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to trust this app when it's presented this way.
5 ★ What I love about Ascendo's dictionary apps is that they're so practical. This Japanese translator and pocket dictionary is no different. Whereas many language learning platforms have you learning new vocab until you give up the language from boredom, Ascendo engages you right off the bat with real life conversations. If you're on your way to Japan right now and don't speak a word of Japanese, you want this app over any other.
5 ★ A very handy dictionary with so many useful features. My favorite one is the phrase book that provides essential phrases which is very helpful to get around in Japan. The search being available offline is very convenient, as well as the fact that you can search in rōmaji or kana. Not to mention the flashcard is incredibly useful for a quick study. One small suggestion, it would be great if it provides example sentences of the word. Overall, great app! お疲れ様でした!

5 ★ This app is DOPE AF. It's really easy to use. Everything is there, the dictionary, the basics, quizzes if you want to test yourself, and flashcards too. It's a package and you don't have to download other apps for other uses anymore. It's a total package. I love it.
