1 ★ App is poor in terms of login alternate login and available information/details post login. They have worst network of hospital as compared to any other providers(100% sure on this) And yet the reimbursement processes can be only intitiated when physical documents are mailed. I am only with them bcaz it's group insurance by company....
1 ★ Horrible app. If no data to be loaded, it will load properly. If there is any data, it will hang. Useless app for now.
1 ★ The app fails at doing basic stuff. For differebt shortfall requests it shows the same document list. You need to actually log into web portal to see realtime updates. The web UI disappoints you as well, takes you back to 2000s.
1 ★ If u cant operate the app for customers plz take this out. Sometimes doesn't open, says shortfall but no update button, no clarity on current claim status. Jus looting money from customers and enjoying without providing justification for the money.
1 ★ This does not work, while finding out claims status...just keeps fetching data...and never returns anything. Full of glitches.
2 ★ Horrible development. The mobile number mapping cannot be changed once mapped to the mail id. No options for raising a complaint too. The intimation cannot be raised properly. Just an app to view what Vidal updates in their system.
5 ★ Vidal Health Insurance's services on clearing PRE AUTH and Pre Hospitalisation claims are very effective. Their staff in hospitals are also very kind and helping for the patients convenient. Great.
1 ★ Worst app ever I used.. Generating OTP. But after entering OTP its saying it's expired though there is 20 sec remaining Please work on your api part. Also test your app before uploading to play store
1 ★ None of the pages are loading where I can find the policy details, E cards, Member details, Policy amount, how much used or anything except those things that brings revenue to the app owner like consult doctor, buy medicines etc.

1 ★ Pathetic, asks to update app but doest show update option. Even after reinstalling freshly it keeps asking update to continue.
