2 ★ Definitely has a lot of problems but could be worse. Misses check-ins frequently and have issues loading the card pretty regularly. Don't know if this is solely an Android problem or not but definitely frustrating having to constantly reinstall to get your card barcode to check-in, which it probably won't even register. They can always check you in by phone number at the desk but you have to count on someone being available to help you.
3 ★ This app has had issues for a while that have gone on for over a year now. You cannot add a picture it glitches and kicks you out, doesn't show you your badges or track your days im the gym anymore, won't show you classes, and continuously gives you a "system error". I've Uninstalled the app 4 times over a few months but no dice. It's just broken 🤷🏽♀️ please fix!!!
1 ★ The tools in the app are great if they worked 100% of the time! I'm always having to close and relaunch the app to look at anything. What caused me to do a review today is that once I click on the schedule section in the app, it automatically closes out. This is very frustrating!!! This is probably the worst I've had to happen to me with this app. Normally it always just says system error and something is wrong with the servers. Something is ALWAYS wrong with the servers.
5 ★ Downloaded the new app but didn't realize I had an old email address linked to my account so was unsuccessful at logging in at first. I contacted customer support, they quickly unlinked the account the old email address and I was able to update. I really like the new layout, much more refined and modern. Thank you Mehul for your quick and efficient support!!!
5 ★ Can't log in. Update, after couple of days and one day of texting to VASA App support, the app started magically working again. Not sure what you guys did on you end, but now it works just fine and it's a nice app. I've reinstalled few times by my self and in club with help from club staff and we couldn't get it open. It wouldn't let me log in. It happened over night. Looks like other members had similar issues. Thanks for fixing it. :) all good now.
1 ★ This app frequently hangs, so I have to restart it every time I need to get my barcode. They also removed the rewards program from the app, but didn't tell anyone until there wasn't an option to redeem merchandise. But it's ok, because if you have any points left, you can put in for a drawing for apple products! You won't win, but if you do, the products will be worthless because you're an Android user.
1 ★ Constantly forced to uninstall and re-install the app due to server communication errors. This isn't just me - when I went to pull my barcode up in the app and got yet another failure, the rep at the counter indicated that "it happens all the time" and to "uninstall and re-install" the app. Must happen a lot. Why, with something as trivial as a barcode, would you not persist the account number on the device? Why on earth should I have to hit your backend service to pull up a unique identifier?
1 ★ The app is buggy. I understand that it is new, just came out but simple things like not being able to change my "home gym" or add/change my emergency contact(s) makes this really frustrating to use. Also sometimes it will just close on its own. I hope this all gets fixed soon. The old app was just fine and I loved it. I want to love this app too but I can't even add a image for my profile!
2 ★ Works fine about 50% of the time. The other half it says an error has occurred and won't let me log in, or it loads but there is no schedule to view and I have to close and reload it. Or, I can't get my barcode to load. I've never uninstalled and reinstalled an app as many times as this one. It is currently not letting me log in again and I am fed up. Don't require an app to check in if your app is so unreliable.
2 ★ Love the gym but the app is so glitchy. Have to uninstall & reinstall at least once a month because my barcode disappears. Every other use the app blocks back buttons, etc and you have to turn the screen off & on again to be able to just close the app. The tracking of visits makes no sense - at the same moment, "Burn & Earn" says I've done 7 classes, "8 Check-ins/Month" badge says I've been to the gym 6 times & "Red Raider" says I've done 8 studio classes. They should be the same! Frustrating!
1 ★ Uninstalled, reinstalled a few months back. It worked for a while. Had issues again, reinstalled, cleared cache, now app crashes when you select schedule. (1/1/23) More updates, class scheds still not populating (6/14/22) --- (5/14/22) Used to work great. Class schedules aren't loading. Can view through web. I've seen a few updates, problem still exists. App used the for two things 1-check in 2-for the class schedule. This app is pretty useless at this point.
2 ★ You can reserve a spot in classes through the app but you can't reserve a lap lane in the pool -- instead we're using a laminated piece of paper at the front desk which only covers one, maybe two days. Sure, you can call ahead to reserve the lane but it's not posted anywhere so unless you ask at the front you don't even know the lane is reserved until someone kicks you out. The functionality of this app leaves a lot to be desired.
1 ★ Morning but problems for the last 3-4 months. Not sure who is in charge of these updates, but it's time to get a new person in there... The class schedules won't load, the app makes you uninstall and reinstall and it doesn't keep track of my check ins any more. I have installed this app the times in the month of June, it still won't keep track of past check-ins. Don't know what wrong, but it's quite annoying.
2 ★ The app isn't as comprehensive as the previous one. It also has two icons which I have never seen and I can't uninstall one without uninstalling the other so I had to uninstall both to keep some semblance of order in my app menu. Really enjoyed the old app and the fact that everything was pretty much contained within it save for some odds and ends. It feels like the new app just takes you to the Vasa website at this point which begs the question, why even install the app.
2 ★ I cant see the class schedule. I want to be able to see what they have available but it keeps giving me an error message saying it cant connect to the servers. The barcode works, but it hasnt logged any of my check ins at the gym. When i scan at the gym it makes a noise, but it's not recorded. Pretty frustrating because I want to try and switch up my work out but none of the times are showing up on my app, and I'm trying to make a schedule.
