2 ★ When the lock works it's great. When it doesnt well like today I'm locked out. Called the 1844 number 4 times. No answer left voice mails. Sent 2 emails to support. Guess I'll just wait. Hopefully it won't be another 5 hours. They need a better system. Yes I've reset app undownloaded app redownloaded. Cant get to the bridge to pair. Beyond cried out and aggravated. Thanks ultraloq
1 ★ App forces Wi-Fi to shut down when trying to set up the wifi bridge. When I checked the Wi-Fi router log it indicated a doss attack.
5 ★ Best thing ever! No more lost keys and making copies for house/ dog sitters. Just add profile at the start and remove at the end. Plus the logs are great for monitoring activity at your door.
3 ★ App won't even open on Android 12. Just crashes as soon as I try opening it.
3 ★ Was hoping to use this app for both my u-tec ultraloq locks. I have the ultraloq pro Wi-Fi deadbolt and the ul1 combo on two separate door entries. The app works great with the ultra lock Pro Wi-Fi deadbolt and works flawlessly. Linking Google home/assiststant Works to lock and unlock ul1 combo lock and ultralow pro wifi. Amazon Echo does not work with ul1 combo lock ( it says feature unavailable). Amazon Echo Works with ultraloq Pro Wi-Fi though.
1 ★ So much for better stability 🙄. Their server equipment is no good! Stupid u tec company! Their support people don't take ideas seriously. Otherwise you would've seen it by now. It's quite odd how when you lock by alexa you do not hear the lock cylinder beep such as when you do it from the app and change the lock mode from settings. 🤔 🧠 💭 ☝ 🙂 Possibly from no door LOCKING 😡 🤬! You also can't restrict access to any specific users like the screenshot displays 😡 🤬!
3 ★ Easy enough, but notifications don't work, they show up blank. Not sure how referring me to your FAQs will fix the broken app notifications...

1 ★ The key pad has never lite up; therefore was never able to use the code ssd's system.
2 ★ The app sucks. Can never connect to lock. Can't control remotely offsite. Fingerprint sensor is starting to fail.

1 ★ Wth can't even access the door to unlock... What's the point of having a Bluetooth wifi lock when you can even use it.... Like i need to add a user and I have NO WAY
