4 ★ Its a decent app but the only thing i dont like is the navagation it always tries to get me on non truck routes its sad that google maps does a better job than this app
5 ★ The app is great, easy to use. I prefer it over the tablet in truck, that thing is sloooow.
1 ★ Dad is not a techy guy; I have been trying to help him from afar. The worst thing I have come across is that there is no help desk or a help section with FAQs that explain how to do the simple things (like changing your status, accepting a load, starting and ending a trip--I can't do this because of navigation) within the app. He keeps saying he has to keep restarting the tablet to get the app to work properly.
1 ★ App was awesome, then they pushed google location services... now it has lost a user. They changed back, now you have to have location services on. congrats! garbage app again!
5 ★ Works great, just don't rotate your doc's, it'll kill the app. That was a really quick response, thank you for that. Still a really good app.😀😀😀
5 ★ makes everything easier, from checking on loads to scanning in paperwork. only issue is the cat scale part but maybe i just don't know how to link the comdata card to the account.
3 ★ Everytime I opened the load I wanted check the details and wanted to go back it started all over again, not where I left off.
4 ★ Was really great until they change the app to where it can't be used while driving. Needs to be set for codriver can us it.
5 ★ Quick easy access and easy understand of the load information, also the scanning of the trips is easy, quck, and efficient!!!
1 ★ Deleted app, my tablet (Samsung tab A 10in) said not one but 2 trojan viruses. Glad I had virus protection. Deleted from my phone too. Recommended remediation was removal. I just installed it on my tablet and virus protection immediately told me.
5 ★ Everything good except the geotab arrive, drop etc buttons. These need to be updated to allow more truck movement before they auto update
2 ★ Frequently loses signal, GPS routes are not accurate. Needs a over all do over!
5 ★ It has glitches like any other app but pretty good for the most part. It does the job.
1 ★ Been trying to upload app for 36hrs this doesn't impress me at the slightest probably be a good service if it was worth it but sitting waiting on info to load is not making sense or money
3 ★ Direct navigation from destinations to locations through google would be good.
