1 ★ #1. It makes you change your 15 character password every three months. #2. It will send you a text to confirm you are logging in as a 2nd form of authent.. but when you enter the code exactly, you have a 50% chance that it is going to let you in. The other 50% is divided between denying you access, even if you literally double checked everything, and not doing anything except turning grey. #3. My HR said resetting passwords for this app is the most common thing amongst all employees.
1 ★ UKG decided to change to another app you have to download which is far worse than this app, so I continued using this one, but now it seems the lack of support for this version of the app has now maxe this un-usable, so off to download the new app again to struggle through that.
1 ★ It won't let me log in after it made me reset it two days ago. Now it telling me it doesn't recognize my password
1 ★ I absolutely hate everything about this app. I'd be ashamed to have my name attached to the garbage company that made it. Edit: Over a year later and i hate this app and company exponentially worse. They should introduce negative star ratings for this company alone.
