App permissions

LEAN 2.0.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

2 ★ I always have to uninstall and reinstall to log into app. Called producer help desk and they provided zero assistance. I love everything else about lean except that frequently, I get error message saying I can not log in and have to uninstall and reinstall for login to work.

1 ★ Was excited to try since last update was supposed to fix issues. Won't even let me log on tho, keeps freezing and locking up. Hope issues are resolved quickly, would love to have the app for enrollments before AEP ends

1 ★ I can't log in connected to the internet or in offline mode. This app never works for me. I am on a Samsung E Tab. Very irritating. I can sign into optimum if I go through Google Chrome but not app.

1 ★ This is the worse app ever! It constantly freezes, and won't even let you log in at times. The only fix is to uninstall and reinstall daily. Awful awful awful!!

2 ★ I have been told multiple times by PHD to uninstall and reinstall the app to make it work. Bought a new Samsung Tab A to use for AEP but didn't help, even with it as a tablet on your list of tablets to work with Lean.

1 ★ Requires uninstalling and reinstalling every day. It won't keep your optim ID credentials and cycles you back to the login page until you uninstall and reinstall after about a day.

1 ★ I have had to take paper apps as this app is horrible with droid! H.O. has been of no help on this one. I bought not 1 but 2 droid tablets as I was told that it would work. NOT! They should have told me to just buy an Ipad.

1 ★ It doesn't allow me to login like it does through the website

3 ★ Unable to login because the screen is not formatted to my mobile phone and the submit button doesn't show. I will check on upgrades but haven't had any help from PhD

5 ★ Working great since this week's update! Previous bugs appear to be resolved.

1 ★ I hope the 10k+ downloads don't count all the times I have to delete and reinstall LEAN. It behaves better on my IPad than my Samsung tablet.

1 ★ Log in page does load correctly, no where choose to log in. Just says make a new ID.

2 ★ I can only enter 1 app then have to uninstall and download it again. Please fix this!!

2 ★ Have to reinstall just about evertime i want to use it on my Samsung p Tablet... beyond frustrating!
