App permissions

1 ★ Worst app. Wished I could rated them 0. Whenever I try to login they navigate to their new version and then you login again with all your credentials and then again enter your location, though you have done this hundred times earlier on their app. And finally you can access their super slow app on my 5g phone. It sucks.
3 ★ I like that I can easily log in and view my basic information. I although, would love to be able to search for providers and get more detailed information on each claim. Like how much my co pay should be expected for each provider.
1 ★ Forgot username and password. Made me go through multiple captchas and every time they came up "one or more fields below are invalid". Asinine that you have to jump through all these hoops to accomplish squat. Get your app together or get off Google Play. Uninstalled.
1 ★ Like everyone else, the latest update appears broken and will not allow access to even the prior version of the app. Totally inconvenient with no apparent fix in sight. smh
3 ★ I just downloaded the app. There is no way to veiw a list of In Network providers and there is no way to veiw your plan's schedule of benefits. Kinda ruins the point of having a network and an application. Thanks for the reply, I boosted stars.
2 ★ Very limited information available on app. Password doesn't work when app sends me to your website. UPDATE: Your canned response (same response you give everyone) isn't helpful. I'm not giving you my contact information. You could easily explain the problem here and share with all readers what you intend to do about it. Meanwhile I'll get by without your broken app.
