What's new in Pm Wani 1.2.4
It registers users and discovers and displays PM-WANI compliant Wi-Fi Hotspots in proximity for accessing the internet service and also authenticates the potential Broadband users. A user who wants to access broadband through PDO will need to download the BIAL PMWANI App, get authenticated, and thereafter access broadband at any PM-WANI compliant Public Wi-Fi Hotspot (PDO).

It registers users and discovers and displays PM-WANI compliant Wi-Fi Hotspots in proximity for accessing the internet service and also authenticates the potential Broadband users. A user who wants to access broadband through PDO must download the Pm Wani App, get authenticated, and then access broadband at any PM-WANI compliant Public Wi-Fi Hotspot (PDO).
App permissions
Pm Wani 1.2.4 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows applications to change Wi-Fi connectivity state.
Allows applications to change network connectivity state.
Allows an app to access approximate location.
Allows an app to access precise location.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.
Allows an app to create windows using the type TYPE_APPLICATION_OVERLAY, shown on top of all other apps.
