1 ★ Wont let me log in through xbox(doesn't give a reason, it just goes back to log in options screen) so i press log in, press on dont remember password and type in email to to change password, i dont get an email to change password, go back and try again, doesn't work. This app is a joke
2 ★ Not good. All AC games appear in my account except the Black Flag and the CS team is useless. They keep saying "some old games might not appear". It's only the Black Flag. Can you fix it?? hello??? They removed Sam, there's no comment option to interact so not much "Ubisoft Connect* after all.
4 ★ It's very well set up. I wish there were still options and support for some of the games that used UPlay. There are several features in AC: Black Flag I can't access because I was such a latecomer to the series.
3 ★ Used to be a good app from ubisoft but ever since changes with update arrived there many problems I have encountered with one of the most common nd important is not showing all puschased games at all in the app while it is showing in the pc and my laptop.
1 ★ Total garbage. I always have problems with it. The customer support is horrible. I hate spending money on this. It decides not to let me connect all the time. Very annoying to get kicked off a game out of nowhere for no reason and having no customer support to help solve it .
5 ★ Just want to say that ubisoft is awesome I love the way they give you rewards for doing the things you like which is playing all types of games..they give you a rundown on everything you accomplish in any game you play.. You guys are the best!! Thanks..
1 ★ I install this app three time in row but it's always not show me anything on screen all text is very big in bottom corner just littel corner . I try to login my Ubisoft account but it's not do anything im very disappointed with this. Please fix this i wana see my AC Valhalla progress on app
5 ★ No games keep my attention like Ubisoft games. Love this app, but the only thing I'd add is a way to get into my inventories on live service games like The Division 1,2.

1 ★ I'll rate 5 stars when you add a messaging feature. Currently when youre in the menu in rainbow 6 siege it makes it impossible to communicate without a microphone and you cant message people through the uplay system either
5 ★ Improved upon several features. Hats off to the Assassin's Creed Developer's community for turning the tide on RPG's. However, I do recommend fixing the Horse mechanics, issues regarding choosing of dialogue and it's impact on the campaign story. Good going with Valhalla. 😌
5 ★ This app is useful and cool: for every game I buy I get something from the Ubiclub and the app is just so handy to manage your (ubisoft) games

1 ★ I tried to login so I could connect my Xbox and it typed in the correct account and it said I typed the wrong password, I did it correctly but it still won't let me log in and now I been blocked
5 ★ It's awesome to get reports everyday on how your doing in game! And the rewards are great!
