Requesting a personal ride has never been easier on Uber Lite— Here’s how it works in four steps:
Open the app
Confirm where you are and tap to select your destination
Choose a vehicle type
Confirm your ride
What happens after you request?
Your location and destination information is shared with your driver so they know where to pick you up and drop you off.
Once you've requested a ride, the app will show you all the information you need about your upcoming trip, including your driver’s name, picture, contact information, vehicle details, progress toward your destination, and their time to arrival.
When your trip is over, pay in cash. Uber Lite does not accept digital forms of payment at this time.

1 ★ No customer support available. I am charged extra in every trip for arrears but arrears xontinue even after paid. Customer care numers switched off
4 ★ Overall it's good but most of the times when book a Moto, the driver wants to know the destination and the fare over the call and if he doesn't like it they cancel the trip without even notifying or else they ask for much more money and if you don't agree they hang up the call and they cancel the trip without even telling you. Uber needs to do something in this regard to stop such things because afterall it's not the driver, it's you guys UBER who is loosing the credibility....
1 ★ Why is this only inter-city? Service should be all over the country, especially the major cities
5 ★ This app is very fast and smoothly optimized for low end devices. I am highly recommend yo to download this app and get better experience.
4 ★ I use it frequently and it's useful. There are some times I lost some buses because of some driver canceling the trip, but a few :b.
1 ★ Always when I booked Uber drivers asked drop of location I tell them and thence they cancel I try more and more but it's wasting of time they connected others in this process .1 and 1.5 hours wasting always today I am going in relative death I request to driver please not cancel tell him I go into a janaza but after know the drop of location he cancelled. I hardly disappoint for this type of service Uber giving.. ☹
2 ★ Very poor service as Uber has no control over its partner drivers. Every time you book a ride the drivers ask for the fare & destination. Then they cancel the trip if they are not satisfied or it's a non-cash trip / online payment trip.
1 ★ I m using ola because of service. Since long i m not able to add card/ not able to make payment by card. I hv to always use cash. Weird app functionality. Raised many time but got no help.
4 ★ Great app to use.👍it is very easy to use and uber drivers are very friendly.👌It is really lite and it gets very low storage in device.But one of bad thing of this app,its location is wrong.It is the only bad thing i have to say 😕
3 ★ I find a decline in the service, fair is higher from the previous experience, A/C is not in opn even in high temperature of atmosphere. See rating of driver & take punitive action if it's less than 3.
5 ★ Please provide a feature for working people like me to take a monthly state.wnt of Uber Rides for total claims, etc... We should just put start date and end date and system should report all rides with amount and details during that period. This will be very useful.... Thanks and Regards, S.S. Nageswaran
1 ★ Useless app, bloody useless disgusting service, charge more than expected. Drivers never follow given location and argue. Wastage of time using this transport service system.
5 ★ Except refusal by Driver in one or two occasions and insisted me to cancel trip to avoid down grading of their ratings, I am getting hassle free travel from Uber. However, rate of trips, are exhorbitantly high at times, keeping in mind non AC car service, under compulsion due to Pandemic.
