Generate Notifications for the "Hoy No Circula" so you can remember before and during the event.
Notify moments before starting the "Today No Circulate" in the city that you are.
The notification is shown with a plate icon and is even visible on the lock screen.
Once notified, you can choose to silence notifications in the "Today Not Circulate" period in progress; these will only be shown again in the next period.
Other features:
* It allows to have several plates registered
* Allows you to define the city by default. In case there is no GPS signal, it is notified based on this city.
* Allows you to define how long you should alert before starting "Hoy No Circula", in order not to take the car out of ignorance.
