1 ★ App not working. Does not load/save address. Takes a long time to load the list of shops where we can order.
1 ★ I love pandalivery. But I would have to agree with the other users'. Since the new app launch, I haven't been able to order at all, which sucks because you guys are my go-to for food delivery. Issues: 1. The app takes forever to load. 2. When it does. It includes stores that are closed or have nothing available. (No option to sort list) 3. There is no food category like the previous app. Also, can I have a link of your new website with the store menus for when we order via messenger?
2 ★ What happened? The older app was more responsive. Now it's loading slowly and more frequently. Suggestion: when the user hasn't finished typing the search term in the search bar, don't automatically search it. It's bad UI when I paused typing the search term for a bit then the app auto searches the term and loads the new list and I can't continue typing during that duration. After loading, the search field is now out of focus and now I have to click it again to open up the keyboard.
1 ★ You should never have changed tour app. The first one was better. I can't make orders with one let alone enter my location.
1 ★ Very unhelpful, super slow. I'm trying to process my very first order on this app but the address location service is not working.

1 ★ The most annoying and the most unhelpful app ever. Tried placing an order but when i tried to put my exact address, it just keeps on loading and it never really went through. I tried using the "locate me" option but nothing was happening on the damn app. Such a waste of time!
1 ★ 1. app always updating the list of restaurants. will not use it anymore. 2. after updating it's the same problem. when you press any button it will update. just changing the update message do not fix the problem!

2 ★ Its better if stores menu has pictures, and more elaborate descriptions of food item, and also please state the correct shipping fee. The app keeps on crashing.

1 ★ If you dont deliver because of a particular situation, you should close your app or atlrast indicate that you don't deliver. I placed an order twice on a different days, not knowing that you are closed. The status of the order never updates. Its just pending and nobody will notify me. Stop posting updates on your social media accounts, I dont like or follow you. Indicate the update or any comms on the app itself. So terrible experience. Are you doing business or just playing games?
