Description
Hercules CP Mobile is an iPhone/Android application providing the easiest and smartest complete laundry solution. This app allows you to pay for laundry cycles from your account by using Bluetooth to communicate with the washer or dryer.
Simply use Hercules CP Mobile to purchase credit right from the app, then use that credit for your laundry. A full accounting is available to see your transaction purchase history.
• Scan the QR code of your laundry room (one time process)
• Start laundry machines via Bluetooth by scanning QR code on the machine
• Check your card/account balance, and add value to your account for laundry.
For participating laundry rooms, you can view machine availability as well as receive alerts when your laundry cycle is complete.
App permissions
Hercules CP Mobile 2.25.1.0 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows access to the vibrator.
This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.
Allows an app to use fingerprint hardware.
Required to be able to access the camera device.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

1 ★ Showing 0 of 0 available for Room Status. Downloaded this app to make our lives easier.. to see what the room status is so we can decide when to go downstairs.. everything is showing 0 of 0 available.. I have screenshot too. What's the point in using this app besides loading funds then? Seems to always be issues with either your apps or your machines.. we should get the board to switch vendors cause we lose so much time sticking with you guys.. 2020 year of reset right?
4 ★ I haven't had an issue using the app so far (1 year & 2 months of use & Galaxy Note 8 phone). No crashes. The reason for my rating of 4 stars instead of 5, is the fact that you can't choose whatever amount you want when refilling besides the choices they have for you. Options are $10, $20, etc.. I want to select the exact amount I will spend & add it to my account when using. Besides that, no problems, & it's easy to use.
5 ★ Makes washing clothes and adding money to my account fast and easy! No more losing/leaving cards with money on it 😩. App has little to no glitches. My only regret is I didn't use it earlier🤦🏿♀️

2 ★ Timers for machines are constantly wrong or disappearing. Doesn't show if machines are currently in use. UI looks like a middle school design project.
1 ★ Doesnt work with Galaxy S9+. Both me and my roommate have tried. Nobody else in the building is having this issue, as they all have iPhones. Customer service refuses to answer emails. This is a trash app.
1 ★ They make prices just too much to use all $10 but force you to add $10+ everytime. Just a dumb way to steal a few bucks.
3 ★ Doesn't show when machines are in use anymore. It used to show that info.
3 ★ This app is great when it works. Got a new phone, changed from Galaxy S8 to Nokia 7.2 and now it refuses to connect to any of the machines. Sucks.
4 ★ App is great, I love not having to get quarters to do laundry. It lets you know how many minutes are left for each unit, which is key. Only thing preventing 5 stars is it only let's you add 50 cents at a time for the dryers. This makes it take a lot longer to get your clothes in compared to quarters if you're trying to dry for like 50 minutes. I will revise rating if you can adjust payments for dryers.
5 ★ This is the best laundry experience I've had in decades. The App is easier and more convenient than using a manual way for payment.
1 ★ Outside of the convenience... hercules has a problem taking money off the physical card and even taking funds out of the app... every week my funds are not correct ... again the conscience is great, the stealing by Hercules is the problem
1 ★ Extremely frustrating because it needs internet to function all the time. Most laundry rooms are located in the middle or basements of apartment buildings. I understand the developer needs an internet connection to verify balances, but half the time I try and use this app I have to go to another floor or all the way back to my apartment because the app couldnt verify that my balance is the same as it's been all week.
1 ★ I had reported a laundry card issue I still i didn't get my refund on that. The machines aren't easy to use for me due my vision there's no accessibility functions on any machines
