3 ★ I really do like this app HOWEVER it won't allow me to edit what features I had previously made. It's very frustrating and it won't let me erase. I never picked water front, a pool, yes. Truelia has me going in circles. I've even started new searches and still WATERFRONT is indicated all on its own
1 ★ It overrides all notification setup after update and now I am receiving so many notification from trulia. Unfrtunately there is no one click 'disable notification' option, so i had to set it again for each category. That means There are 2 issue here. 1. app update SHOULD not override users notification setup to default. 2. App should has one click mute all notification option. Otherwise it will feel like trulia app is a source of notification spam...
3 ★ the search feature is good the filter system has many good options. the problem is the alerts I receive,. I received reminders about 1 and 2 bedroom houses when I'm specifically searching for a three bedroom. I receive alerts about houses available in towns way outside of my search zone. And the alert message is deceptive because it does not show that information until I open the app to see the alert. Causing me to waste time looking at homes outside of my search criteria.
2 ★ Only partly good. I selected my search criteria and said the house must have a pool. However, the app shows me all houses that don't have a pool if the answer for pool is no. That's not useful to me at all.
1 ★ Horrible! Everytime I go to search for a home. This I am not a robot thing pops up and even when I am approve. It still pop up 🙄
1 ★ Used to be great. Now it barely works. Keeps sending to a page verifying if you're human. Unable to run a search.
5 ★ Pretty easy to navigate. All Properties listed give ample info. The photos give you an idea if listing is what you are looking for.
2 ★ Thinks I'm a robot when trying to log in and won't even let me access the app. worst recaptcha adaptation on app as well. I understand bots are a thing but wow. Have other ways of access as well.
5 ★ Truly is by far the best real estate app put there. I love how easy it is to see a listing on a map and what school district the listing is in.
5 ★ I really appreciate trulia's pursuit based on my interests & the attention to detail . They've made my experience in a search for a place to live much easier.
2 ★ Mostly good enough but there's no way to search for a house with a basement or garage and no way to see how far of a commute it will be.
5 ★ It has good information of homes for sale. Also any restaurants and stores nearby. I am using it for finding a home of my dreams.
4 ★ Useful app, suggestions are usually pretty on point. Sometimes it randomly switches my saved searches to buy rather then rent for no reason.
2 ★ Google pixel 4a: The app keeps making me verify I'm human. Constantly. When I do go through the verification, nothing happens. I'm stuck on the successful verification screen. The app is unusable for me, uninstalling.
1 ★ Horrible app. Makes you do the click the squares to make sure you're not a bot and the verification always fails....
