1 ★ Постійні помилки: Parameter Sevicetypeinfo must not be null, Error Помилка взаємодії, відновити послуги неможливо, щось зрозуміти неможливо.. Це жах а не аппка, як, в принципі, і сама Воля..
1 ★ Найгірший провайдер в історії. Увесь час зникає зв'язок. Є відключення чи ні - не можна нічого робити, бо може зникнути інтернет у будь-який момент. Віддача 15 Мбіт - вже років десять, і їм настільки начхати на клієнтів, що вони й не думають нічого міняти. Оптоволокно? Що це таке? Гаряча лінія? Більше шансів в лотерею мільйон виграти, чим їм додзвонитися. Непорозуміння, а не компанія.
2 ★ Ніколи не попереджують заздалегідь про підвищення тарифної плати (дізнаєшся коли вже є борг за декілька місяців, випадково зайшовши в виписки по рахунку) , акції в компанії існують тільки для нових абонентів, а ті хто роками користуються мають максимум 5грн знижки якщо підключені до програми лояльності.
3 ★ Функції призупинення та відновлення послуг представлені мінімально. Стосовно самої волі, то виявилося, що користувачі послуги Інтернет+ТВ не можуть бути паралельно підключені до послуги Все включено, що є диким нонсенсом у наш час і свідчить про жорстку прив'язку до вашої прописки та паспортних даних.
