1 ★ This service is horrible. The app says boardingpass will be provided 12h before flight, but the app just said it will be soon available. Just before the flight the app said that boarding pass could not be generated. Then I needed to contact the flight company (not travellink), transfer the ticket to them and then get a boarding pass. Would recommend everyone to buy tickets directly from flight companies, and not through this amateur service.
1 ★ Forced to download this app. They spam my email with ads. Uninstalling straight after use.
1 ★ Stuck on a splash screen indicating I need to go to privacy settings, with a button that is broken and leads nowhere. I have now given up on using Travellink after yet again having my booking incorrectly conveyed to the airline in question (seating choices missing and bagage selection incorrect).
1 ★ Worst experience ever! 4days before departure, Travellink claims that my flight is cancelled. No updates or answers. My flight is leaving on time.. was never cancelled in real life. As I am writing we are boarding the "cancelled" flight. Will never use something so unreliable ever again.
1 ★ Beware of Travelink! I recently booked a flight through their website and two days later they cancelled my flight and promised a refund within a week. However, after multiple calls and emails, they now claim it will take 40 days for the refund and it's been over two months with no money returned. They just sent me an email saying my ticket is non-refundable, even though it was their own cancellation. I highly advise caution when considering booking with this company as it appears to be a scam
1 ★ This is the most bad app ever, I cancel my ticket since July 8 2019 ,I still not getting my refund is take so long time no response at all not do they job , Who will use this app think it over , I cancel when my second son was 2 months now I have time third child that is soon 1 year still not get anything besides waiting and waiting, I don't know how is possible for you to take this long for refund! I keep checking up and is always stay same thing all the time .
1 ★ Worst app ever i booked a ticket and wanted to cancel it but i didn't get notifications, so i was in airline they said it is cancelled without any notification and refund. I tried contact the company only robot chat No Phone number no email. They don't have any service for emergencies
1 ★ I bought 1 ticket from this company, and they sent me five spam mails within 12 hours. I did not opt in to any sort of promotional material when booking, yet their systems believe I did. They don't have a support function that actually cares to receive feedback on anything, so instead I am writing here. They made such a big fuss on their website about how to delete all my data, that I assume they are selling every single piece that they can of it, and just in general abusing the fact that I was dumb enough to become a customer with them. Will never buy from them again.
5 ★ It looks good so far. Very easy to booking. I am wondering that they put extra puyment with out my knowledge or with out says on their website. For my opinion that 0they should made it clearlig to the customer and put out on their website. Then it will not be misunderstanding between the customer. I have reading just right now peoples " ratings and reviews it looks no good" The customer is the good key to the company.
3 ★ The app was fine, but the Airline communicated directly with me anyway, and check-in opened 72 hours before, but the app did not show this option until 8 hours before (where I had already manually checked in with the airline on their own website). So I don't really see the purpose behind this app.
1 ★ Worst experience I've ever had trying too book tickets, every single flight of the 3 i booked got cancelled. Customer service in nowhere to be found and the money will probably never return, as I've been waiting for about 5 months now since the first cancelation.
1 ★ It is the worse service ever encountered. My flight was cancelled and I asked for refund. It has been more than 120 days now. They dont reply my emails, i have to wait 1 hour or more in que for chat and suddenly they disconnect the chat. They dont have any intension to refund. Be careful. It is a fraud app and website.
1 ★ The travel agency company, their website,app and customer support is all s h i t and makes you feel like a fool because you choosed them. They don't give a s h i t about you and keep delaying responses and the requests you make and the app chat doesn't work and when you call them they don't know anything and keep saying they are waiting for answer.....stay away from this s h i t t y company!!!

1 ★ Big fraud! The prices you see when you search on Skyscanner from this agency are fake! When you try to buy tickets you see many many extra expenses added without an option to avoid them Just WRONG! SHAME ! SHAME
