1 ★ Is this app for real ? Not even sending the OTP for sign up. Do they want us to use this or not ? This is bad. Just received a notification that the issue was resolved. However, I continue to face the issue as no OTP is received. Already sent an email, and is awaiting response. Please.. the next time when you send a final resolution confirmation to an ongoing issue, please make sure that the issue was indeed fixed.
5 ★ I'm glad tht i came across this app. The food and service was way beyond my expectations. It would be really helpful for bachelor who r staying away from their home and dying to eat some decent home cooked food. And the best part is... its affordable.
5 ★ So far, it's easy to use and the app is very user friendly. The payment process is flexible and quick. The menu is pretty limited, considering it's made differently every day but other than that, the app is okay.
3 ★ I like the concept. But there are so mny things to be improved. 1. Couldn't contact customer support itself over phone (It disconnects even after pressing our optional choice number) 2. Delivery time estimation itself is not accurate.(Delivery took 120 min but it initially shown 20 min) 3. Couldn't even cancel orders from our side for long delivery time orders (Ex. after waiting for 90 min, who will wait for another 60 min) Hope you improve the service and increase delivery executives to serve us
1 ★ Their location mapping module is bad. Address is correct but in the map different location will be mapped. I informed them several times and now I understood their location mapping module is butter but their support service is worstttttttt. Im frustrated. It's better to uninstall this app and continue with swiggy or zomato
1 ★ After installing, I tried to register/sign in with my mobile number but not getting the OTP. I have mailed them twice but no response for 3 days. Worst customer support. I fear how they response in case of any miscommunication, delay or any food related queries with this kind of customer support. 👎 "Till now i am not getting OTP"
5 ★ Amazing app ever! I never write review on Google Play but this app worth the money. All their food's great, value for money, and portions are worth more than what it is. Never seen food apps like this.
5 ★ It's one of the best food apps in recent times. The food and services was really good and affordable too... Very much useful to the people staying in hostels. It would be great if they expand in other big cities too.
2 ★ Loved the service in terms of packaging and pricing. Quality is just too poor. I'm sorry, I had to uninstall the app. There's a lot of improvement needed in terms of the food quality and presentation.
3 ★ Lots of bugs.. Login Issue.... please fix asap... Also its hard to find the authenticity of the dishes whether they are from same cooks/restaurant or different ones because different orders I made tastes exactly the same... Some good things are rate is minimal comparatively and the package was really good...
5 ★ It's a simple app. Very convenient to use. Love the fact that I can pay with cash. Good food and good service. Maybe can consider to add more menu in the future?
5 ★ This app helps me with my cravings and the cooks are hand-picked by the tovo people. I actually read about this app in an article but I didn't believe until I downloaded and ordered my meals. It lets me order my meals in my own native style and it has number of other varieties like Chettinad, Kongu, Tanjore, Theni and etc.
5 ★ Very user friendly and convenient. The chat with contact centre is a breeze and help is always given swiftly. My only request is for more vegetarian options.
5 ★ The app is well made. A little confusing at times but not so bad overall. The new asthetic changes are very nice though, as well as the updates to the accuracy details.
1 ★ Useless Application, just gets your data and stores it, doesn't do a thing, and won't even provide basic support for deactivating your account Unethical organizations like these are the ones that take customer data and use it for illegal means
