1 ★ I really liked this app. Until i was penalized for complaining about items showing up broken or not as described. They did refund money up to a point and then said I had too many refunds. So now they want me to return items that are broken or damaged and I pay for the shipping which is two to three times more than what you have paid for the item where is that right it's not my fault that they are sending junk that they don't package correctly and it gets broke or they send the wrong size.

4 ★ very fun but tention will get ya. Issues with closing screens spinning for points, system/app locks up & your stuck/up date 7/12/21, need to do something about freezing during auctions & spinning wheel. Almost looks rigged. So far I've been pretty happy with items other than plastic instead of metal or glass, I bought a prism suncatcher that was painted with iridescent paint. Not happy with that or a charm thought was metal but plastic with decal.refund $ if not sold 4 high price I assume

1 ★ You can't look for a specific item so you'll have to search for hrs on end & still not find what you're looking for. 90% of all items are either refurbished or hand me downs & cheaply & fake stuff, especially the jewelry. Don't waste your time, you're better off with wish because at least there you can search for an item. And quite a few items have a reserve so if your bid isn't at the amount on the reserve you won't win even if you're the only bidder. Again I wouldn't waste time on this app.

3 ★ I've gotten a lot of cool things. Most of the LED items are really cool. The actual LED lights might fit half your closet , so you can get way more for the price anywhere else. I also have noticed that if I win a bid for 5 bucks I'll sometimes get charged a few bucks more. And I've checked its not shipping or taxes... It's straight up a few dollars more. Also there might be almost 200 reviews on a product and they only allow you to read the 3 they choose.

3 ★ It's a good concept and different. But every single item I've won so far has been the same. I've paid, waited for delivery but then I've ended up being refunded without any explanation at all. Kind of frustrating really. Apart from that, it's an overall decent app.

2 ★ Slow... An app that's based on speed, with 90 second auctions, should probably load way faster. It's pretty irritating to sit there for two or three minutes waiting for auctions to even load. By the time it loads, half of the auctions are closed. Great concept, but fix your app.

1 ★ Very deceptive company. Support is non-existent, they just send basic responses that don't answer your question. App function is questionable, w/ features disappearing weekly. 98% of shipments take 4+ weeks to deliver. Some items offer $20+ shipping costs, but it's not to speed up shipping times, it's more cash for the seller. $20+ shipping cost should ALWAYS deliver the item to me in 2 days. Do NOT EVER assume your bidding on what is pictured! Item value for the money paid is VERY, VERY LOW.

1 ★ Seriously misleading. No new products. Bidding closes for an item and after 10 second starts again with high or low value. Sometimes, the same thing is being sold for 2 different prices and the price gap is high. KEEP SHOWING SAME STUFF ALL OVER AND OVER. not even worth 1 star.

1 ★ I really wanted to use this app to sell my Homes On The Go "adventure van". I downloaded the app, went through all the steps only to not be able to set my floor price. The App would not let me do so even when I used it's suggested floor pricing! The Customer Service algorithm was not helpful either. Didn't have a category for me to fill in. I'm sure Customer Service will say sorry, use ____ link or contact us here, ____. But that doesn't help me now. Deleting the app. No good if I can't use it.

4 ★ The only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because once you hit the bid button there is no way to get out of the bid if you change your mind before you actually win or if the button is accidentally pressed, which after so many times of being forced to continue with the bid and you cancel the order you get locked out which is unfair bc it simply wouldn't allow you to not continue with the bid in the first place other than that it's pretty great and my product came in in great condition

3 ★ I don't know what's going on but this new update messed the whole app up. The spin wheel is gone and so is everything else. I can't see my account info, my orders, my card? Nothing but the items you can bid on are showing up. :( please help and fix I liked this app which is why I gave it 3 stars with it completely messing up.

1 ★ I would have given them negative stars if I could..they will screw you in every way possible..nothing is as pictured or described..delivery time is nothing but a guess and without fail always weeks beyond what they tell you..customer service is a joke..they don't fix anything..all the merchandise is cheap 3rd world knockoffs..items arrive damaged, broken, and missing parts and after you've waited weeks or months to get it they want you to return the item..usually to China and wait weeks

3 ★ I'm giving this site one more chance to ensure that the bid description matches the products I'm receiving. So far I'm very disappointed in some of the products, especially the jewelry. DON'T BUY THE HAMMOCKS, THEY ARE NOT WHAT IS PICTURED! I Give the company 10 stars that does the perfumes auction's, so far everyone has been exactly what was advertised in the bid. I'm very disappointed with receiving products with NO instructions or even the containers they are supposed to be in. Disgusted

5 ★ I love shopping at Tophatter so far everything I have purchased has been great and has been packaged well plus delivered ontime with exception on a few items. Keep up with the good work Tophatter. One thing I am having difficulties with is I can not remember my password so I need to change it. When I go to change it Tophatter is asking for your last password , how are people suppose to remember if they have forgotten it Tophatter . Please assist in this. I need to change password without last pa

1 ★ Not everyone has all day to look through hundreds of items trying to find one or two things in particular. Without search option, it's just a tote waster. Also sounds like winning with a low bid will usually get refunded. Again, without accountability, more like a time waster.
