1 ★ Got talked into setting it up at an event. Easy eaiser to use cash or physical tokens. App kept crashing then staff became rude when I said I would physical tokens.

1 ★ Found navigating through the phone for each payment to be too cumbersome in a festival situation, cash and tokens are much simpler. Individual tokens do not work unless an entry pass is bought through the app. Would only use as a last resort.
5 ★ Way more convenient to buy more tokens, rather than waiting in a giant line up.
1 ★ It wasn't clear why this app is more convenient and useful than just buying tokens with cash. At the event, people were trying to explain but it seemed a lot more complicated so why would I use it?
