2 ★ when it works it's great. but when it doesn't my goodness. horrible customer support. the WhatsApp support link on browser doesn't work. the contact Us link in app doesn't work. not to mention the reason why I needed support in the first place. couldn't log in via TV nor app. just keeps saying authentication failed and try again. absolutely awful experience.

1 ★ my subscription was renewed and money was deducted before the renewal date but couldn't access any movie or series and the subscription page says i don't have and subscription!! and by default i couldn't stop the auto renewal!! I i read all the Q & A, the "contact us" page is either broken or moved and no way to reach the help desk !! not to mention the app keeps stopping responding and logging out. the worst experience ever...

1 ★ paying monthly subscription to watch a few good matches every once in a while, ended up missing every big match because of this App keeps hanging badly on every occasion, making it very unreliable and useless App. Waste of money, Zero value in return. If looking to watch Sports events get a reliable service provider stay away from those clowns here by all means..

1 ★ Actually the app sign-out my account a lot of time automatically without any reason, and to login again it takes a lot of time, and some times while I watching the show stopped and a message appears that the content is not in my subscription or not in my region. A lot of technical errors found and actually I find that I pay the subscription and don't take a good service.

1 ★ Extremely terrible, paid subscription twice and still can't view what I paid for, tried to reach support only to be directed from one automated platform to another without any solution. Can't understand why they won't have a customer helpline or at least an email for support. Even the support mail is automated and directed to a list of generic questions and answers but no actual solution.

1 ★ It always logout before Saturday premier league matches and ask you validate your account. And today, it logout out and i cannot login in, because the login page doesn't work. And they don't refund for technical problem. And to make things worse, there is no one to talk to, only a bot in their website which doesn't help at all. Don't pay for this service.

1 ★ Horrible app, subscribed and I always get errors in authenticating. Been trying to get in for the last hour with no success. Customer support is non existent but they sure do charge your subscription in timely manner, there they don't miss a beat. I am canceling and will find another way to watch the premier league.

1 ★ Your customer support is very disappointing its non existent, we are paying customers when there is an issue there should be a live support. I have subscribed for the Asian cup and now I want to subscribe for the AFCON since yesterday it says no subscription available. Since yesterday I am trying to contact someone in support. Its non existence, feel like you mad a bad app on purpose and don't want to hear feedback to fix your app.

1 ★ 0*Useless App,cannot see Asian Cup, and whenever I clicked to watch live, it took me to subscribe AFCON, and I did , only to realize I cannot still watch Asian Cup AFC!!!no support no contact numbers, send email half an hour back and no response!, no details in the website account or my mobile application account of my subscription details! Always asking me check my Google playstore for subsci details!!!all I can see is my subscription of aed 67 and to cancel or pause subscription!! No details!

4 ★ Update: Thanks for fixing the system glitch for subscription renewal. Still can't renew from mobile app. 4 stars coz renewal rate has gone up, but Asia Cup is not included!! Earlier: Thank you for getting the audio choice fixed! Now I can listen to either English or Arabic commentary. 5 stars!!

3 ★ This app has different variety the thing is 1-some series is erased without warning example tge turkish series kirmizi oda it stopped suddenly i cant find it 2- the available channels , I cant find a feature to watch some of its shows/ movies that is not broadcasted live , it is either you watch what is live now or not 3-some errors occurs that disrupts the football matches and it is resolved till restarting the whole app again and that happened during most commonly watched Football matches

1 ★ I pay subscription on time. Today I cannot watch any game, I cannot login, i cannot contact them to resolve the issue, the help service is irrelevant. I cannot change my credentials when they prompt me to do so. The website keeps going no where. I tried on tv, on mobile app, on laptop no luck. Very bad experience.

1 ★ 3 great months on TOD, until suddenly I couldn't watch anymore even though my subscription was still activate and regardless after renenewing my subscription, the app was fine for a day, and then when I needed it the most in the Man city vs Liverpool game it won't let me in stating "authentication failed", no costumer support, nothing, Not really worth it, cheap price but cheap service.

1 ★ i wish if there is option for zero star ..... just stealing money with very bad service ... always keep asking to sign in again and when i want to watch a match it fails to sign in ... but when they charge the charge eventually ... if we live in europe or other countreies they would lose a lot ogf money to pay back their clients ... very bad but we have no option to watch matched on other platforms!!! steallers

1 ★ Absolutely horrific when it comes to server traffic management. Couldn't log in to stream the Man City vs Liverpool game no matter which device I tried it on. The screen never loads and the worst part is there seems to be no alternative way to watch the game
