TAKING ACCOUNT OF TRUCK RESTRICTIONS TO NAVIGATION:
+ Physical limitations (height, width, length, weight, axle load)
+ Legal (truck prohibited except dwellers, trailer prohibited)
+ Restrictions on Hazardous Substances (generally, threaten groundwater, explosive)
+ Avoidance of dangerous substances in tunnels according to tunnel categories A-E
