1 ★ Utterly Waste. I didn't get refund properly there is no coordination between phone and doc verification executive useless employees and way of handling as well.

1 ★ Extremely poor customer service. Worst is that they have very bad online payment portals. If you pay your installment, it will not reflect in the app. Then you will have to contact the customer care about your issue and they will not even bother to reply back. They will take their own sweet time. Customer centricity is a big zero with Tanishq.

1 ★ Pathetic App! The performance was poor earlier and After the recent upgrade, it simply doesn't opens. The customer support is also very bad! I had paid Rs 3000 on the 14th but GH refused to acknowledge and kept asking. I sent a message along with Transaction I'd, but there's no response! Avoid this plan!
