1 ★ I am frequently unable to use TinyBeans, due to broken app updates. This has been due to things like the upload controls being unresponsive, the calendar view being unresponsive, the inter-op between Google Photos and TinyBeans not working, or photos/videos seeming to be uploaded from what my device shows, but they are then not ever actually uploaded for others to see. The developers seem to primarily test on iOS devices, as my partner's iPhone never seems to have the same problems.
3 ★ For months I have been told by family this is a great app for sharing devleopments/updates. So, I finally took the time tonight to set up an account.From my computer, I just spent 2 hours establishing an account, sorting through photos and creating about 25 photo entries, only 1 of which (the first one) actually saved unbeknowst to me, until I changed screens. While not an app issue per se, now I have to find more time to recreate it all. Not the user friendly experience I expected, admittedly.
2 ★ So many Android problems! And when some get fixed, new ones appear. My family has a lifetime subscription. I sure hope they get the Android version back to how it used to be!
1 ★ I'm unable to upload any pictures since June 6. They sit in my Upload Queue and won't upload. I cleared the cache, uninstalled the app, rebooted, then reinstalled the app, and the picture sits in my Upload queue forever. I'm using a Google Pixel. I tried sharing them directly from the Google Photos app, and tried sharing from TinyBeans and selecting the photo. It's weird the app says "Success!" And shows up in my calendar but not in my spouse's calendar because they didn't actually upload.
1 ★ Uploads now just sit in upload queue. Pixel 3XL. Same issue for my wife on Pixel 3. I see others have the same problem reported but no clear indication TB plan to fix the bug. Was working until about a week ago.
2 ★ Loved this app when our daughter was first born, but the bugginess has just gotten worse and worse over time. Issues uploading, commenting. And now suddenly uploads for the last 3 days have disappeared entirely!!😱 So frustrating and disappointing.
4 ★ Since the latest update I can no longer upload photos. This is extremely frustrating and makes the app useless. Please fix it, this is such basic functionality.
2 ★ I used to love the app....perfect for sharing with family. However over the past few months the app has become very buggy. I am unable to load videos. I have to uninstall then reinstall....but still it's very buggy.
1 ★ Not working.. get it together tiny beans! Been using app for years now it doesn't! This is ridiculous. I can't even click on older pics to edit moment.
2 ★ I actually pay a subscription for this buggy, broken app, it constantly jams uploads on Android and there is no alerting to tell you this happened and apparently no way for the team to fix this. Constantly reporting and being told we are working on fixing it. Gets fixed then breaks at some point in the future. I previously had this app on iOS without issue, but wouldn't touch it with a barge pole on Android ever again.
1 ★ My review used to be 5 stars it was wonderful. For the past few months I frequently can't see the daily posts. Shut down phone, reboot. Have about 50% chance of getting the images. Now I can't upload pictures. I've installed and uninstalled it, but will have to try again. So disappointed and frustrated.
1 ★ Doesn't work for multiple groups. I have multiple nieces and nephews but I can only see one feed in the home screen and there is no way to change it.
3 ★ UPDATE 5/24/21: Working again. UPDATE 5/8/21: The app pretty much stopped working on my Galaxy S10+. No new images or videos were loading, so I cleared the cache and data and logged in again. Now nothing at all will load, so all the days on the calendar are blank. ORIGINAL REVIEW: For the past week, I can't upload videos and just get an "upload failed" message. Still the case even after the latest update.
1 ★ A once fine app now quasi-inoperative all the time due to apparently irresolvable stability issues pertaining to the most basic functionality. For example, I am no longer able either to post photos or access previously posted photos from my android phone about half the time, and photos I "succeed" in posting don't show up on my wife's iPhone or on the website. Upshot: an enormously frustrating app that I have come to believe is irredeemable and have consequently deleted.
2 ★ I've been using the app for 4 yours now and I used to be very happy with it, but nowadays it has so many bugs and unfortunately Tinybeans support doesn't answer my emails (although fortunately it did fix some of the bugs, but not all). In a try to fix some of the bugs I decided to uninstall the app in order to install it again, but now my loved moments are gone... I don't want to switch to another journal, but please help!
