1 ★ It's slow and glitchy. I tried to start placing an order through the app, but it wasn't letting me, so I ended up sending my partner to order at the restaurant. I'd give 0/5 stars if it was possible.
1 ★ This is the worst UI I am ever used for an app that is supposed to be for ordering food. It's so insanely slow it takes 3 minutes just to order a combo. On top of that, the rewards are impossible to redeem. Absolute intern developer work. This app needs major improvements.
1 ★ I've been exchanging emails with their app support people for 3 days. The only solution that works is to delete the app after each use and reinstall it. That allows me to log in once but will not retain my login if I reopen the app. I have a better solution: I'm eating elsewhere.
5 ★ I love the Freddys in Burlington NC always the best customer service, clean environment and consistently good food
