Validity:

Cars and trailers
Not older than 3 years old - exempted from the passage of LLP 3 to 7 years old - pass maintenance every 2 years
From 7 years and older - annually

As a result of the technical inspection, a diagnostic card of the vehicle is issued containing a conclusion on the possibility of its operation.

Trucks
Trucks with a permissible maximum mass of less than 3.5 tons:
Not older than 3 years old - exempt from maintenance
From 3 to 7 years - pass maintenance every 2 years
From 7 years and older - annually

Trucks with a permissible maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons, trailers and semi-trailers with a permissible maximum mass of more than 3.5 tons (with the exception of vehicles equipped for the systematic transportation of people) THEN pass annually.

Trucks equipped for the systematic transportation of people with more than 8 seats (except for the driver's seat) undergo maintenance every 6 months.

Trucks and trailers for them for the transport of dangerous goods are subject to inspection every 6 months.

Self-propelled machinery
Tractors, self-propelled road-building and other machines having an internal combustion engine with a volume of more than 50 cubic centimeters or an electric motor with a maximum power of more than 4 kilowatts, as well as trailers for them, registered by the bodies exercising state supervision of the technical condition of self-propelled cars and other types of equipment, pass state technical inspection.
State technical inspection of machines is carried out annually, from February 1 to August 31 (taking into account climatic conditions, the structure of the fleet, the availability of trained personnel, production and technical base, etc.). Machines for seasonal (short-term) use undergo maintenance before the start of each type of work, but no later than 15 days before they begin. In the agricultural sector, the state technical inspection of machines is carried out annually, from February 1 to June 30, except for seasonal (short-term) machines. The date and month of the state technical inspection of machines is established by the State Technical Supervision Authority.
