1 ★ Issues with verifying the address, and no reply from support for three days
5 ★ Be careful. Prices are supposed to be capped at 20% of original ticket price, but many sellers lie about the face value price so you can end up paying a lot more. Tickerswap does nothing to check the uploaded PDF. I've waited days and there seems to be no customer support available. The online chat bot just sends you round in circles. The whole experience is frustrating. [Edit A day after posting I received a response through WhatsApp, and received a large refund, so have changed to 5 stars]
1 ★ They continously kept raising their commission specially after people started using it more after covid. I never understand why not just NOT be greedy.
2 ★ Usually great service but the app sucks- it logs you out of the app all of the time. Really annoying and I'm missing tickets because I don't stay logged in.
