Description
The app range allows you or your engineer to carry all the manuals for anything that may need to fix, they can also add presentations, videos, images, and more. As an example when you take an picture of a device before you take it off the wall you can attach notes so the next time you come back to site you have all the information to resolve the issue in one visit, simply by looking up the image. No more looking through your massive holiday snaps to locate a work image, its right in the app with notes.
The whole purpose of the app really is to empower service engineers to achieve the one fix visit. So think of the app like an engineers diary, not scraps of paper in the glove box but a digital encyclopedia of knowledge. The more you add to the app the stronger engineer you will become as no one can remember everything and paper notes do get destroyed and lost over time.

The app has full use of all the features currently within the app, but you will require web access to use the cloud and location tracking, an account will be required.

Additional features have been added such as the site manager, simply load up your sites and then click the image to navigate, or you can also have the icon on your navigate map.
