1 ★ Ordered a tshirt and got something completely different from what was shown on the app. Sent a message inquiring about returning and got nothing back.. crickets.. not even a "we don't accept returns" some sort of credit or something to make it better would've been nice. I would've been happy with the product if it was anything like what was advertised but I got ripped off and no communication. 🗑🚮
4 ★ Good app, simple and easy to navigate. Clean GUI. Love the hype merch and exclusives. Only thing I'd improve (aside from shipping speed which seems crazy) would be the setup of raffles. You enter, then see if you won later on, but that could be better. Cool app otherwise. 👌🏼
2 ★ 6 week after I ordered two items, one has turned up... the other one isn't even dispatched yet. They have cool drops but seriously need to work on their logistics. Probably won't bother ordering again. The app functionality is ok, but the music is annoying.

3 ★ The app can be buggy and slow during big drops. This is why I'm giving 3 stars just some constructive criticism. The exclusive drops on the app are really cool I've been enjoying the products so far even I can't get them lol.
4 ★ Updated the rating. The app updates stopped it from crashing and makes it much easier to navigate. Plus I got my first order from them and wow was it well packaged!
2 ★ The exclusivity isn't worth it. Longest ship and fulfillment window and slow customer service. Find a different site or app for the the same products. #hardpass
3 ★ I enjoy the app. However, I do not like the fact you can't order multiple items at a time. Additionally, the application is running slow.

3 ★ I love their drops but sometimes they're not just exclusive drops. I gave them 3 stars because their live streams are very laggy.
1 ★ Dont order anything off here cause it takes forever for them to ship it out..Bought a couple pair of dr martens off here 2 weeks ago and they still haven't shipped them out yet.. what a joke..do better. Their customer service is pathetic.. it wouldn't be such a big deal but I spent over $300 and still no items..
