Download the latest TFL SelfCare application, version 1.0, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Communication app is developed by Telecom Fiji and is easy to download and install.

Please note, you will need to create a TFL SelfCare account for yourself before you can log into this app. Your Connect username and password cannot be used to log into this app.
App permissions
TFL SelfCare 1.0 APK requires following permissions:
Allows access to the vibrator.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows applications to access information about Wi-Fi networks.
Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.
Allows an application to write to external storage.
Allows read only access to phone state, including the phone number of the device, current cellular network information, the status of any ongoing calls, and a list of any PhoneAccounts registered on the device.
Allows an application to read from external storage.
