Shipping options
Free delivery for orders over R500 (excluding furniture) to your door within 3 - 5 working days. Faster delivery options are available in main centres. We also offer free Click & Collect from over 900 selected TFGstores, and you can also collect your order from 2500+ Pargo pick-up points.
Free returns
Free returns (excluding furniture) to your closest TFG store/Pargo pick-up point, or we can arrange a courier collection from your preferred address.
Payment methods
Payment options include Credit and Debit cards (Visa and MasterCard), any TFG Account card and EFT.
TFG Account card
One card to pay for your items. You need a linked card to your online profile - you can apply for an account, and link your card online. When you log in with the profile, the card will be available in checkout. You can also pay your monthly instalment in the app.

3 ★ I wish there was a function to remove out of stock items from the shopping bag because if you want to check out more than one item but one of them is out of stock it gives you an error that an item is out of stock but doesnt tell you which item so you you are unable to check out
3 ★ Keep getting an error message when I try to access my account on the app. Takes long to update my account balance as well.
2 ★ No wishlist option or filter by size. Why?!?! The old FF had these features :(

1 ★ This app should be discarded as it gives false hope. I've had to uninstall and reinstall several times hoping it will allow me to log in, however each time without fail it gives me an error "you have entered your password incorrectly too many times" when I go to account recovery, nothing happens. And yet I am able to log in with the same password on the website. Please fix the app or discontinue it. It just wastes data for no reason
5 ★ The apps in general are making things easier,I safe time,fuel and avoid many things that I can meet on my way to the shops,with this apps I can buy online,pay my account on line, view balance/Statements and all of this done in the comfort of my home. I encourage everyone to be technology friendly. You will enjoy the advantages I enjoy.
1 ★ Cannot rate something that doesn't work. Terrible been struggling for how long now. Really tell me you cannot sort out the issues. Been struggling for months now. Loadshedding and reloading. Even got a new card still not working. Sorry not happy with service at all.
1 ★ This app totally it is not functional at all ..when i register an acount ,after including all.my details eventually when i press the register botton it does not load or do anything and it shows that all my details are correct...Worst app ever
2 ★ Have tried linking my card so many times, never works. Have to use the website all the time instead of the app. I don't remember creating another profile. Disappointed 😞.
1 ★ Not user-friendly, I'm unable to log in, whenever I buy online I have to continue without logging in, I have called your head office to assist me with that but failed. I cannot access my Totalsports account

1 ★ What a worst app ever, it works fine only the first time after download then after it says error all the way, I miss BlackBerry apps because android apps are very disappointing.
