1 ★ 2020 now..for a week it i've tried but always display "something went wrong". refresh button not working..hope it'll get fixed soon! is it because this pandemic situation? if it is..you shud announce there on the apps..'cause we got no clue what is happening..once it get fixed i'll change my stars to 5 :) 2021 and i still cannot use the app..even when i have my connection excellent..what is happening??
1 ★ Worst Provider. The cost for package is now increasing with no reason. What the hell is this? Cannot do the chek-in? Still got the bad signal in my area. Lagging of course. Bring it back! And with previous anniversary, it just work at the same time, no good impact on me.
1 ★ they have daily check in bonuses, but so many times the app got errors in a whole day, so you can't finish all the rewards from it. and when you failed to checked in that error days, you will returned back to beginning because you counted as did not checked in simultaneously. this is the best joke from the biggest indonesian telecommunication provider.
1 ★ Fix your bugs first before doing any other useless promotion. No data loaded due to connection problem popped up everytime I tried to check my homepage or any other tabs even though I have full 4G+ signals. This app is a messy joke, get your priorities right first then you can take my money!
1 ★ After the last update version, the app running very slow and doesn't load up properly. Try many times to buy add on for extra kuota and it doesn't work at all said that system problem occurred. My connection was good just problem with the app. Please Fix it!
1 ★ Please add data priority selection so that i can use it efficiently, and not just automatically uses and spends the main data. Also please fix unstable ping on the network. I paid the whole package and not even getting half of the network speed. Shame on this company
4 ★ It said "Unable to load", like what I expected since the new update came. I initiated to not update my MyTelkomsel. I just opened couple minutes ago and YES it happened. Please fix it ASAP, don't make me to change my simcard into another provider.
4 ★ Such nice app that this biggest provider in Indonesia has made! UI is great and having feeling fresh with this newest UI than last one but there are still some bugs in it like sometimes it getting lags when scrolling to see what's new from promo I have in shop and sometimes it gets crashed like it's so heavy to running by this phone... Such great improvements that Telkomsel has made for the customer convenience but it's better if this developer focus on to improves for the quality of UI and UX.
2 ★ I am not satisfied with the fact that the day my monthly package is over, and when i wanted to purchase the 45k extra unlimited package, it disappeared the day i wanted to buy the package after my last package is over. Ive been waiting to activate the 45k package, instead i had to activate the 25k one. Please fix this :) i am definitely not satisfied with your service
1 ★ The last UI upgrade is unnecessary, the previous one is more elegant and user-friendly. Thing you need to upgrade is the ability of the app to run. It's super slow and unstable.
1 ★ Trash app. You can only login when you're using the number's package data (can't even login if you're using other number package data). What a cheap ruse to push people buying their package data. And this isn't even shown in any description/permission.

1 ★ To high low connect, to low weak connect, to middle sometime bad and good connect, it's not recommend server for high, low, or middle connect, just only sorry for inconvenience, but not establish better coverage, to ambitious make forget what it has done before. Thanks for attention
1 ★ Can you please just let me buy quota? I waited for 30 minutes. I did everything. I cleared cache, the data, even I uninstalled and installing it back and It still won't load. My wifi connection is good, I can open youtube etc but this one just won't load.
