Download the latest Tehuan application, version 2.8, compatible with Windows 10/11 (using emulators such as Bluestacks), Android devices. This free Social app is developed by Centro de Integracion Ciudadana (CIC) and is easy to download and install.

Previous versions, including 2.8, are also available. If you need help or have any problems, please let us know.

Description

CIC is a non-profit organization and trusted network of committed citizens. We build open and transparent communication channels for collaboration between citizens and local authorities. We want to work with government and community alike to raise and address the pressing issues and proposals of our society.

Tehuan (which means “we” in the Aztec Nahuatl language) is CIC's effort to enable citizen cooperation and participation through the use of technology while providing a trusted medium to report issues that need attention, from a pothole, water leak, car accident or merely traffic to issues that involve public safety.

Tehuan provides timely and personalized notifications of events that are happening around the community.

All personal information sent through Project Tehuan is confidential.

Currently, Project Tehuan only covers geographically the metropolitan area of Monterrey and Saltillo in Mexico.

Project Tehuan is not an emergency contact center. If you have an emergency, please contact the appropriate agency for help.

Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.

App permissions

Tehuan 2.8 APK requires following permissions:

Allows applications to access information about networks.

Allows applications to open network sockets.

Required to be able to access the camera device.

Allows an application to write to external storage.

This constant was deprecated in API level 21. No longer enforced.

Allows an application to initiate a phone call without going through the Dialer user interface for the user to confirm the call.

Allows an app to access approximate location.

Allows an app to access precise location.

Allows access to the list of accounts in the Accounts Service.

Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

Allows an application to receive the ACTION_BOOT_COMPLETED that is broadcast after the system finishes booting.

Allows access to the vibrator.

Allows an application to read from external storage.

1 ★ Funcionaba de maravilla, de repente dejó de enviar notificaciones y por más que lo desinstalo y lo vuelvo a instalar (pensando que algún archivo se pudo perder) no funciona, ¿Hubo alguna actualización que tronara las notificaciones?
