1 ★ Simply trash. Why waste your money on a Samsun (Hanwah) DVR that you can't connect to. The app installs on my Android phone.. yes it's a Samnsung.. The app crashes repeatedly.. Miserable. . Uninstalled it. Tried three times.. same result.. Sending back the TWO Hanwah HRX-1620 DVR's I purchased due to this. I'll have to go somewhere else to get two 16 channel DVR's that I can actually log into and use the app. . What junk.
1 ★ This app is total trash. Does not work as advertised. Customer support is horrible, I've been waiting 3 days for a call back. Stay away from this brand all together, documentation is written in broken English and doesn't even make sense.
2 ★ Reliability seems to be better in the latest version, but usability, which was poor before, has become far worse. Buttons make no sense and do all kinds of strange and useless things. Simply trying to view the recording from one camera from 10 minutes ago is an incredibly frustrating exercise. Please put some thought into a proper and intuitive user interface!
1 ★ No longer able to use mobile phone to view cameras. Everything worked well for a month then the last few weeks we have been unable to access any image from our mobile phones. The whole point of buying this system was to view what was going on while away. We Will be returning this to Sam's Club if the issue doesn't resolve soon. Tried resetting and unistallimg and reinstalling the app with negative results.
1 ★ The previous version worked well. I am a dealer/installer and have many customers' systems configured. The new version shows the list of systems but I have no access to the cameras, can't manage the setup, etc. App appears to keep crashing. Cannot use it as is, so hopefully it will be corrected soon.
4 ★ Works but only over WiFi. Works much better than the old one. However if I switch to mobile data it just does not show any video. Not sure if there is a setting anywhere but I cannot find it. If I turn a WiFi hotspot on another mobile (same mobile network) and connect to it then it is fine, it is as if it really only wants to work when WiFi is on.
2 ★ The video play back is great, you can see real time and play back at once. But the video alarms time and the event time don't match up. There's about a 3 hour difference, which makes searching very troublesome. Love the recording feature, so you can get the video clip without having to use a USB device on the main recording device.
2 ★ I am certified to install Wisenet cameras, this app is great when it works for a single system but it need some operational polish work. It take too long to load when it can't find cameras or NVRs that are not present on the network. It shouldn't do that when you immediately start the app. If you manage multiple sites this is not a time saver. Please improve so that its not a time hindrance to load.

3 ★ help. i can view my cameras on my old phone but when i switch to my new one it trys to load the camera but it doesn't pull anything up then it times out and says retry. i was using this app. then i switched to the live app but that doesn't let me view them outside of my house which has no point. pls help ive tried the port change and reseting the dvr and changing accounts but nothing works
1 ★ I'm very surprised being a top of the line system, the mobile app is really terrible, very hard to use, takes a very long time to load, very limited features...in other words, it sucks!!! i like the Hikvision/LTS platforms 1000 times better.
1 ★ This app is such a piece of you know what that it should have never been released! Crashed constantly. Even when the app isn't even open I get s crash report. Come on Samsung you can do better than this!
3 ★ As of January 10th, 2019, the current version will not work probably with Moto Z Droid on Android 8.0. Unable to auto connect to NVR, but if manually added you do get a camera list, but nothing other than that. Phone is nonrooted.
1 ★ Please fix the bugs during playback on Android and I'll happily change my rating to 5 stars immediately. This bug makes the investment in your cameras a complete loss. I'm using the app on a Galaxy Note 10+, and the most current version of the app.
1 ★ Garbage! Unreliable, full of bugs. Works 20% of time. Poor support. Slow to load. Use this for my office. Different app from different company for my home, works 99% of the time.
