Description
Train on Tacx with your Android Tablet
The Tacx Cycling App enables you to train with your tablet. Riders who own a Genius, Bushido or Vortex and an Android tablet can now train using this free app. The Tacx Cycling app contains a simplified version of the Catalyst
training software and Analyser. Real life video to play Tacx films is under development and will be added in soon.
Catalyst
Professional training programs and condition tests for a scientific analysis of your training. Train based on heart rate, power or slope. Follow your developments and become a better rider, step by step.
Analyser
Analyser presents the recorded training data on the screen of the tablet. Your performance is displayed in a graph.
SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Works with Android 4.3+
Connecting to Bluetooth devices requires Bluetooth 4.0 support on your tablet.
Connecting to ANT+ devices requires ANT+ support on your tablet or an external ANT+ adapter.

Tacx Cycling app 3.0.8 APK requires following permissions:

2 ★ Has been working fine, but last update sees to have ruined it. films won't start an app caches everytime
3 ★ Cant log in no matter what. Password resets don't send codes to emails can't log in via Google or Facebook? ???

1 ★ If I could rate this a zero I would. One of the worst apps I've seen in a long time. This app makes me regret buying the Tacx Flux. I wish I had gone with another brand. The app constantly becomes unresponsive and I have save a few rides and none of them show up. I would spend my money elsewhere if I were you.
3 ★ Works fine with my bushido using ant+ adapter. Training videos look cool but way to expensive I'd buy them at 1/2 the current price. Lack of multiplayer and user gps routes needs to be addressed as Zwift and trainer road are trashing tacx at the moment.
2 ★ Cannot connect to my Vortex over ANT+ although it works flawlessly with the OTHER Tacx app (Tacx Training). Can't understand why one app is working and not the other...
1 ★ If you are using android Nougat don't even bother with this app. As previous reviews have stated, the videos get stuck on the importing stage and then the software becomes useless. I have sent numerous emails to Tacx customer support and was told they were working on a fix. That was over 4 months ago and as yet the problem still hasn't been fixed.
1 ★ Account set up and device connection worked fine, however once films are downloaded they get stuck at 'importing', causing the app to crash. When you re open the app it hangs at the log in page and the 'cancel' button doesn't work so you can't even work offline. May have been useful when it worked however now renders the turbo trainer useless :(
1 ★ The only reason I bought the tacx was to use it with the app it does not work so it's going back into the box and getting returned
2 ★ Displaying incorrect speed even though other tacx apps speed values are correct? Pushing users to purchase computer based software me thinks?!

1 ★ Expect to spend more time trying to connect the app to your trainer than you actually spend training. A constant struggle that seems to very common given the other reviews here. Tacx do not seem to be interested in fixing the issue.
2 ★ This app was part of the reason I bought a Tacx trainer, if I'd known how bad it was I wouldn't have bothered. Been trying to download a film and no-go. Also there are many other problems with the app, when are they going to be fixed?
