1 ★ App works fine, but there are so many scammers on here it's not worth sending any gifts to anyone. For instance, people will set a price for Premium Live, and then once you enter, they'll close out and you lose your coins. What's the point? They let you get your coins back if it's a really expensive Premium Live and you leave in the first 15 seconds, but they should do that for every live and ESPECIALLY if they host drops within the first 30 seconds.
2 ★ The app needs improvements. You need to place a minimum time for a premium stream to stay open so the streamer can't let people in and then close it a minute later to steal all of the coins paid by viewers. Or find a way if the mijimum isn't met that the viewers get automatically refunded. There are more changes, but your developers will never care what anyone says because it is all tmabout the money you can make
1 ★ You could have all the fun . The game part sucks . Never recharge and play games it has internal error and you will continuously be on the game and lose all your money and get zero .. i lost 1000 coins in no time as it randomly kept going cos of their internal error .. thanks no more coin purchase from my end. And customer service does not respond.
2 ★ Since the last update the audio is horrible on Bluetooth earphones. And now when you go in multi or call the camera is reverted like looking in a mirror. How can I go back to an older version. I'm a long time member of your app and have spent alot on coins there but seriously thinking about leaving your app 🤷🏼♂️
4 ★ Great service, lots of fun. Unfortunately the translation feature requires that VPN is off, which is unfortunate. Also, Bluetooth now WORKS on Google Pixel 7a. Audio also works well on Samsung Galaxy 12. thanks for a great job, devs. Now, please let translation work through VPN again...
5 ★ Tried most of the streaming apps and I'd say this is one of the best because it's simple to use and best of all you can pick your region which helps as there is no point in having streams that are none English as it makes life difficult to converse.
4 ★ Please fix bug, everytime you click on somones pic you enter there live but when you get out of there live you have start from the top again and scroll all the way down to find where you left off
1 ★ Since the most recent update the app crashes regularly. It will not open most of the time.
1 ★ I sent golds to 1 streamer and it is not being displayed properly at all. it say sent 356 gold but only shows 162 on her board. what is the issue?? why dont the amount reflect??? i have emailed support twice and have no reply back. please Respond this is improper app management
3 ★ I had this app and they have minor guidelines that are super strict. The app doesn't promote SW but that's what it used for unfortunately. In my case because I saw the guidelines I followed but there app freezes and it was my lucky day. My kid threw his bottle in Camera view and they PERMANENTLY FROZE my account. Up until this point the app was pretty cool meant some cool folks
1 ★ Very disappoint by this app this app stuck in stream any time doesn't open properly always old version is much much better than it.
1 ★ Earlier today I wanted to check out the app for a bit, bit then I wanted to get rid of it. It was ok, but got boring very quickly. I went to remove my account the same day I got it, but I realized I couldn't. I had to contact support in order to do this. I thought the reply would be quick, but that was not the case. I am still waiting by the time I am writing this review.
1 ★ App keeps crashing won't let me purchase coins how bout you fix issues before you update something that would make a lot more sense to do overall rating zero very glitchy and buggy app developers did not work that hard on this app
1 ★ Not good app , not opening in low network. Need to improve in the area that anyone can operate this app with low internet speed .
2 ★ Most of the streamers are scams. Almost 90% are dishonest. You send coins for premium and they just cut you off the live then restart it so that you can pay again and again. And I'm not sure they're doing anything about stopping stuffs like that
