1 ★ The setup on this is horrifying. I have been doing networking for years and it took all day. Easy setup if you run it on local network but there is no explanation. Manual is more like. A dictionary when it comes to setting up dynamic DNS. Closest I've come to remote connection is by useing my own ip address instead of the free DNS services. Good luck!

1 ★ This looks like it took less than a day to develop, and an hour of testing. Crashes more often than not, no features, poor ui. Ive ended up just using my browser. Very dissapointing for an official app!

1 ★ This is an embarrassingly poor piece of software as many have reported before me. While the camera is an excellent value, without a useful interface I will have to return it. The software jams, forgets the camera address even after successfully saving it. Swann really needs to look at DLINKS' product to see just how easy and reliable it could be. I guarantee Swann will lose many sales over this oversight.

1 ★ The camera list resets and the info has to be re-entered. Not sure who the developer is but his/her boss should read these issues and hire someone else

1 ★ Agree with other users. A+ company in terms of EVERYTHING but this app. It's seriously embarrassing that they but their name on it. If you task kill occasionally this will lose your saved camera every time. Swann needs to do a couple simple tweaks to this and it would be perfect. If I knew the app was like this I wouldn't have purchased this particular camera.

2 ★ It doesn't retain the saved ip details. It crashes and I have to reload it. Once it establishes connection I can see the video lead. But when.turning phone landscape I can't access the buttoms.

1 ★ The Swanneye camera is a great device. The viewer through Internet Explorer is good. Setting up remote viewing is a challenge, even if you are a DDNS and port forwarding guru. But this Android app is obviously written by someone as their first Android application. It loses all the setup information you typed in (address, ports, name, username, password) so every time you quit, you have to type it in again. It can't flip images if you install camera on ceiling. I found some work-arounds (put in same camera many times, as if you have many cameras) but the software is still full of odd bugs. Another reviewer suggested using TINY CAM, another app. But it doesn't support the Swanneye camera directly. Luckilly, I noticed if you select the APEXIS APM-J011 which is pretty close, it works great. Swann really should fix this awfull application. It reflects very badly on an otherwise strong company. Their other applications (other products) aren't so poor.

1 ★ Doesn't work at all. Added camera, but no video. I'm using Blue Iris instead and it works great. They obviously put no effort into this. Terrible interface.

1 ★ No picture. Samsung Note 2. Set is not simple at all and now that I have the setting correct I do not get the camera view. I have a different manufacturer dvr connwct to superlivepro and that works fantastic. This app keeps stopping the camera view is tiny. Im going to return this camera. Note: my business is installing cctv systems, it should not be this difficult. Terrible app

3 ★ I have been using it for over a year. If configured it works great. Only complaint is it never remembers the cameras resulting in frustration every time you open it... please fix it.

1 ★ The camera works great once you decrypt the poorly written manual BUT this app is really bad. If I designed this app I would have resigned from the company by now for making this horrible thing.

1 ★ Don't bother downloading until v1.2. App will not retain your saved cameras in the selection list. Cameras are saved, but not shown in the list. This needs immediate developer attention because the app is basically unusable.

2 ★ App stops working every now an then. Can't login at times citing "device off-line" error.

1 ★ Garbage app for a big name company. App is very poorly made and written. App deletes saved cameras in list and just will not save them. Inexcusable for a company selling $100+ hardware and can't get the accompanying app to work. Fix now please or I will return products.

1 ★ Wow, this software is embarrassing bad for a company today. Complete junk, dont't waste your time with this. To the developer, and Swann - seriously?!? Fix this ASAP, your customers expect more, or you will lose them.
