5 ★ Fantastic app! I like how this app sets things up with one meditation a day and small articles to read. It really makes the habit easy to build. You just have to open the app and press play. With other apps you sometimes have to scroll through hundreds of options and decide what kind of meditation you want. With this you don't need to decide and each one is very high quality.

5 ★ Wonderful, wonderful and thank you! I made my first breakthrough with your help. The app is easy to use. In fact that's one of the key concepts: make whatever you need to establish as a new habit easy to perform as that reduces the motivation needed to do it. The teacher-narrator's voice is nice and calming. Amazingly, this app is free.

5 ★ I really love the simplicity of Atom. I'm working on the making habits path. There are three main parts that are available for the free version of the app. There are no advertisements for the version, and has given me everything I need. The app provides a guided meditation for me, along with corresponding short, and emphasis on short readings. The time commitment in the morning was around 5 minutes for about the first week and has progressed into 8 minutes. I really enjoy this app

4 ★ I really liked this app. The variety in meditations, the way it slowly ramps up, the cute little articles after that cheer for you ... And then on day 67 it restarts with "you're gonna learn what a meditation is!!!!" with no warning and when you dig into the help it turns out that's intentional!?!!!? 4/5 for being great while it lasted, but now I have to move on I guess

5 ★ To me, one of the most important features of any guided meditation is the guide's voice. If the voice is hard to listen to, i.e., annoying or hard to understand, the app is useless to me. However, the voice of the guide with Atom is very relaxing and effective. I found it very easy to get right into a relaxed state of mind. I am thoroughly enjoying this app and highly recommend it for starting your journey to mindfulness.

3 ★ The guided mediation was great and the articles we pretty good at giving tips at how to keep habits. However, I can only carve out roughly five minutes for meditation for myself every day and these meditations were just getting longer and longer. I stopped when my last one went ten minutes. Very annoying considering they emphasize making the habit small to be able to keep it going. That being said the variety of meditations was nice.

1 ★ dude, I wanted to try sum new but after the first meditation, the app kept crashing and making my ENTIRE phone just slow. after the initial mediation I couldn't do anything, and it frustrated me so much. I never rate apps unless I absolutely love them but this just made me mad. like I have never had an app that kept crashing like this. it was so annoying

3 ★ Stuck on day 9! This was great for the first 8 days. Very calming, thoughtful and educational. I was really getting into it and building daily habits... until day 9. It's like groundhog day! I complete the 9th meditation but it takes me back to the start menu, as if I haven't done it. I've been repeating it, waiting for a response from developers, but nothing yet. Will delete in a few days if can't go further. This could be a great app!

5 ★ This app is the only mindfulness I've ever been able to stick to. The sessions are short, and the man's voice is soothing, but more conversational than "new agey". I like that because it seems more authentic. There are also short, daily articles to read with applicable tips and information to help you make small changes in any area of your life.

4 ★ Nice guidance on how to build new habits (creating a meditation practice, primarily, but you can apply their techniques to other goals). I took away a star between March and November because after the latest update, it seems many of the trees in my forest (which you "grow" each session as motivation/a depiction of your progress) have vanished. Also, the sessions definitely repeat over time, but that doesn't bother me too much.

5 ★ I got an email to provide feedback for monetary reward, but I'll gladly give feedback for free guys. Atom is a great gamification app for meditation. It introduces the practice in an easy to understand way for beginners and you can really feel that the creators care about the users as people, not as piggy banks. Two small critiques, the audio quality isn't bad but could be improved, and the ability to set custom reminder notifications at a particular time would be a helpful feature.

5 ★ I have tried meditating on my own and not been successful the app is very simple and break things down so it's very easy to start and to start creating a habit of meditating daily. I have done over a month and found it to be helpful in managing stress and the extra articles you can read have been helpful as well. No ads either which is a bonus.

5 ★ I really love this app. Each meditation is different but builds on each other, so you can feel progress being made and have many chances to practice techniques. I have a decent amount of experience with different guided meditations, and this app has some different takes on things that I haven't encountered before, and which have helped me deepen my practice. Bonus points for not keeping a daily streak counter. Often, if I fall off of a streak, I won't return, so this is great.

5 ★ Simple meditations but great for beginners I think. The articles aren't the best writing and the questions are often not quite connected and so it's easy to get questions wrong due to similar answers and not being directly quoted in the text. Besides that I'm enjoying the reminder to meditate and having a guided meditation that I don't have to go and find myself. Oh and the Birch trees are super cute.

5 ★ I saw a post by someone how they had fewer/no breakdowns ever since they started meditating. So I wanted to try it out and I wanted a guided, easy to follow meditation app. And this is just so nice! I like the daily lessons after each session. I like that it doesnt require me to focus or meditate for more than 5 mins. It's simple, easy and oh, a cute layout too!
