5 ★ I love Bloom method! I have been a consistent fitness fan for many, many years, but really struggled when I got pregnant to find a workout that felt physically challenging, but also seemed safe for my changing body and my baby. A friend recommended Bloom Method, and I've loved every video! I get a really good workout - my legs and my arms have gotten much stronger, and I've learned how to work my core in a way that really helps improve my day to day functional movements. I'm at 7 months now, and hope to continue through postpartum! I LOVE BLOOM METHOD! =)
5 ★ Bloom Method was a lifesaver! I started Bloom Method and a few other online maternity studios early in my pregnancy. I quickly realized that the variety and quality if Studio Bloom surpassed the other studios. On good days and bad I was always able to find a workout (or 2) that worked for me so I could stay healthy and feel my best. Now 6 weeks postpartum and have still been enjoying! The workouts are focused, intelligent, safe, and perfect for every stage of pregnancy and beyond.
5 ★ I am a few weeks in and really enjoying the Bloom Method. I like all the instructors so far and especially appreciate that every exercise comes with modifications that you can do based on where you are in your pregnancy journey. I also love that there are lots of workouts with little to no equipment required. My favorites so far are the Express series which allow you to fit a quick workout into your busy schedule.
5 ★ This app was a pregnancy game-changer. I was looking for something to keep me physically challenged while teaching me the safe way to exercise! THIS APP IS THIS AND MORE! Not only do I know exactly what I have to do to keep my baby safe while executing my favorite, challenging moves - but I'm motivated and inspired by the classes and women leading them! Brooke is incredible and I wouldn't be in the mental or physical position I am in this pregnancy without her and Studio Bloom! I love my body!
5 ★ 10/10 for studio bloom! I was in so much pain postpartum, it was difficult to hold my baby. With the bloom method, my core regained the strength to hold baby, my diastasis healed, and my ribcage returned to normal (after breech baby had flipped 3 times). I thought it would take months to return to the activities I love, but I am back at climbing with better form than ever (thanks to diaphragmatic breathing I learned). I am looking and feeling better than I ever thought I would postpartum!
5 ★ I love Studio Bloom! These ladies + the philosophy are inspiring physically, emotionally and mentally. At almost 2 years postpartum of two babes this is one of my go to apps + exercise routine to maintain strength to do all the things in my life from running trails to running around with my boys! As a psychotherapist, I recommend the Bloom Method to clients all the time, even if they've never had a child as it's incredible knowledge of the core + body, and an encouraging platform for ALL women.
5 ★ It's easy to navigate, and the workouts are great. The workouts I've completed so far go quickly - the time flies! I would REALLY love to see an option to check workouts I've completed. Some sort of visual that I've finished that workout before would be motivating and super helpful.
5 ★ I've been using Bloom since the 2nd month of my pregnancy and I love it. I do videos daily and I still haven't watched all of the videos. There is so much good and varied content. It's also very well organized and as I continue to advance in my pregnancy (30 weeks now) it's motivating to do the videos along with trainers who are also very pregnant. I also plan on using the videos into my "4th trimester" and I'm glad I'll have something familiar to transition to when the time comes.
5 ★ I started the bloom method after quitting orangetheory fitness at 26 weeks pregnant and was surprised by how challenging some of the workouts are. Of course, there were days I wanted to skip it all together but the foundations classes are perfect for when you are lacking energy and motivation in those last few weeks. Looking forward to starting 4th trimester rehab in a couple of weeks!
5 ★ This is, hands down, THE BEST program pregnancy and postpartum. Their fourth trimester rehab is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I completely healed my diastasis and had zero incontinence at 6 weeks pp with BOTH pregnancies. My pelvic floor PT said she had never seen anyone that early postpartum with as high of function as I had! And their core workouts are no joke either. You can take what you learn with bloom and apply it to whatever form of movement you love most!

5 ★ 17 months ago, I ended up in the ICU after an incredibly difficult birth. I credit Bloom with teaching me the breathing and core engagement techniques that got me through a rough recovery period. My 10.5-lb newborn has grown into a 40-lb, rambunctious toddler who I can carry and wrestle, thanks to Bloom. I'll stick with their program for the forseeable future. 🙏
4 ★ Great to have all the workouts nearby. Everything is explained clearly and Brooke is a fantastic coach. I would have liked to be able to track my progress somehow by seeing which workouts I've already completed. And also, some workouts jump in on an advanced level which made it hard to keep up with.
5 ★ I just started using Studio Bloom and I'm really happy with the app and he content so far. I love that they walk you through the whole process and they make it easy to find videos that fit the stage you're on or the type of workout you want with the categories they have. Easy to get started and progress. Thanks!
1 ★ I stopped using the app because I kept injuring my left hip while doing the workouts. Eventually switched to belly dance workouts instead. I haven't used the app in 7+ months (baby's age). I thought I had cancelled my subscription, but recently found a $240 charge on my card. When I requested a refund, they refused.
