Description
Message content and attachments are encrypted on servers and on devices, and in transmission.
Fully configurable, senders are in complete control of determining the length of message life within a maximum 30 day period.
Selected features include: expiring messages, voice/image attachment capability, remote wipe capability and device receipt notifications.
Startel Secure Messaging Plus supports HIPAA and HITECH compliance.
Users can receive messages across multiple devices using a single login including tablets, smartphones, and personal computers.

1 ★ app needs to be tested extensively before being used live for physican notifications. there have been constant log in issues, lack of timely notifications, and delayed messaging between service and physicians. this app meets the bare minimum criteria for HIPAA secure messaging while sacrificing quality and convenience. if we cannot resolve the issues we will need to switch our answering services to another vendor.
1 ★ in the middle of call this app logged out and refused to log me back in stating connectivity issues. All other apps on my phone continued working and recieving data/wifi no problem. turning off the phone, uninstalling and reinstalling app did not work. if fact it still doesn't work.
1 ★ Not user friendly. When you tap the help, it just shows the app version. Customer ser is horrible. On hold 10 minutes, then said they would call me back. 45 minutes later, still no call. Called back, another 10 m8nites hold. Finally got Josh who was very knowledgable and helpful. Old app was better. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.
1 ★ This is the worst app I've ever used. It logs you out, loses your information, and when you try to call customer service you are re-routed multiple times until you get a voicemail no longer accepting any messages because it's full. Will be petitioning my hospital to use a different service for call as I am clearly not the only one suffering from their incompetence.
5 ★ I cannot call via Doximity now, this was available recently. Doximity uses my office number as ID. This call feature was great.
1 ★ Message not always received. Help button just gives version number. This is bad if you are on call and are not receiving messages.

1 ★ Dog doo on my shoe is a more pleasant experience than using this app. Or I should say trying to use the app, as it is basically nonfunctional. Fire whoever in your organization who thinks its a good idea to message clinicians with this waste of time and money
1 ★ This app never wants to open and now it is telling me my login info is incorrect when it hasnt changed at all!
5 ★ Easy to get complete information in an instant and keep HIPAA compliance. Fantastic that data can be wiped remotely and makes communication much easier.
