1 ★ Every time you turn around the cameras stop communicating or stop transmitting. The signal and batteries are both 100%. The first thing you are asked when contacting cs is: Do you have the cameras? Um, no.... They are in the woods. Isn't that the point? When you constantly have to go get the cameras you might as well just check your cards in stead of paying for cellular transmission.
5 ★ so much better than the one that starts with 'M' I've tried both - spypoint is a much beter at connecting.
3 ★ App does what is should, but is annoying after an update that you have to re-enter all your info to log in every time it seems new pictures now. Tech support said that's just the way it is now.
1 ★ I bought 2 of these cameras on 4/22 I received them 4/28 one wouldn't Connect to cell service I contacted spy point customer service they sent me another one Both of those cameras was up roughly a week then I realized my nighttime pictures was really bad I called spy point about the issue they said that it may have some moisture in the camera that they did not seal properly and sent me 2 new cameras I set both new cameras up and they seem to work as the should. I made the 30min drive once again
2 ★ I have used spypoint for years and never had any problems with them. But this year 1 out of 3 are working I have great service and the batteries are good. But for some reason only 1 is sending pictures now I would like to give spypoint more stars but right now they get 2...
5 ★ Happy with the app. it works its basic and they seem top be actively updating it.
1 ★ camera quality very poor , service overpriced I had 2 cameras and my friends had another 3 all 9f them where a waste biggest issue with them is light rain and they are full of water , lens fogs up eventually quits working , app is decent service overpriced
3 ★ Lives this app before the update that makes you login everytime I open it. Then again with the update last week,, back to not sending pictures! Just got this straightened out then BAM you updated again,, so back to not sending anything!!
1 ★ burns up 100 pics really fast and half the time its poor picture quality and then sometimes it don't get signal
1 ★ What the $&$( spypoint? You update the iOS version and give them maps but not android? Thats totalt bull $&#:#! These features have been promised for over a YEAR now and yet you give them to iOS and android users are left in the lerch. That seems kinda stupid considering android is generally easier to develop for with its opensrouce code. Get it together spypoint and release these promised features on android. You guys are quickly losing customers over dissions like this. And Im about to be one
5 ★ great product show all the animals that come into your feeder and what time so you will know when to be there.
2 ★ Was a great app. Awful now. Have to log back in constantly. Also time and date stamp have vanished from all pictures. Not very useful without that information.
5 ★ It works like it is supposed to do. Access to images, camera settings and status is fine. No problems at all.
2 ★ constantly have to log in witch is frustrating when is has the rember me option, my buddy has an apple and has no issues with that what so ever.
4 ★ Nice being able to see, from WI, what's coming to the feeders in TX. The occasional hic-up but overall works as advertised.
