Description
Developed for natural continuous speech, as to serve as a hearing aid for hearing impaired, or for any other conversation-transcription needs.
App permissions
Speechlogger Personal 0.16 APK requires following permissions:
Allows applications to open network sockets.
Allows an application to record audio.
Allows an application to modify global audio settings.
Allows applications to access information about networks.
Allows using PowerManager WakeLocks to keep processor from sleeping or screen from dimming.

2 ★ Constantly stops listening, and does not restart. Overall, not very useful. Go to the website instead. (Added back a star for feedback on the auto-save feature.) Would be great to have a recording mode, and then batch process the recording instead of real-time transcription.

5 ★ This is excellent! Very accurate (for free software) and so helpful... I have a hearing impaired friend... and this is now a fantastic tool. I have a paid for speech software, which is clearly a bit more accurate... but not much!! SUGGESTIONS... Can you link phones via bluetooth, so that I can speak into phone a and my friend (phone b) sees it on their phone?! (Complex?) How do you reset the counter for each log? Update: thanks for your quick reply. Don't worry about the counter resetting... I understand now why you've done it that way. Question: does the android app need internet to work properly? Or will it still work offline?
