1 ★ Needs work. I have to reset my password every time I use it.
1 ★ I can't see my schedule payments. Big problem with that because you can make a double payment by mistake on different days. Please fix this app and make it more payment friendly.
1 ★ It is easier to use the online version, the apps doesn't seem to function constantly.... Very Unreliable
3 ★ It's nice to have an app to schedule payments, but it doesn't allow you to see what payments are already scheduled. Since Comenity doesn't allow automatic debit withdrawals and restricts you to only scheduling a payment within 30 days, I often check back to make sure I have each monthly payment scheduled properly. I'll still have to use the website for that unless they add the feature to the app.
