2 ★ The app was working just fine before the update. Now when you click to shop it say you have to call to order. What's the point of having the app if you have to call in?

1 ★ Still get reminders of approaching due date even though I've scheduled a payment. On website can see scheduled payments. keeps me from doubling or tripling payments. Here, I can't see them. So not much use til that is fixed.

1 ★ If Catherine's wants this app used, I'd suggest some simplifing. Why so many codes? If I've created a user name and pw, it should be good everytime I sign in.
1 ★ I wanted to make a payment. I couldn't because I only have a debit card. I don't have a checking account. I would think if a credit Co wanted to be paid they would make it convenient for their clients.
