1 ★ App was not able to detect my location properly and no provision to enter address manually.

1 ★ App doesn't work properly and the staff at Bandra west chapel road , have no clue about offers even though I got an offer a week or 2 back, they have no idea about when they last had an offer, all they said it's from head office

1 ★ The app doesn't show a delivery option! What fresh hell?? Why have they even made this app if not for delivery?? Just shows me fanpage and promotions... That's all

1 ★ installed the app buy it just wldnt let me register no matter how hard & how many times i tried.Twas like, "Forget abt ordering from us..we wont even accept ur credentials.....cz we suck! we love to waste ur time n not give u any food. we love to piss you off....especially when u r feeling hungry!"

5 ★ Nice App for Pizza delivery. Great quality pizza is assured. Be sure to try out the Meat Feast pizza.

1 ★ Very bad service for orders placed on the app. 1 hour takes for the restaurant to confirm the order. That too after calling the restaurant

1 ★ Worst pizza delivery app ever. No order tracking available. This was my first and last mistake to order from Smokin joe's. It took 2 hrs for pizza to get delivered and that too cold. Please order from Domino's or pizza hut, both are far more better....

1 ★ worst experience of my life for online order. money got deducted and the order was not placed. the app showed just a white screen. 15 mins later its back to checkout screen. for 1 n half hr been trying to contact through mails and nearest outlets and no one seems to care. the doesn't even give option to call or email customer care. extremely unsatisfied with app. and now i still have to figure out how to get my money back
