5 ★ The app worked nicely, and there is a lot of information available. I used it to study for and get my 608 certification, and the process was so easy! They even take care of the exam and proctoring, so you don't have to contact any other program and try to set up a time or go to a center. Made it all so easy. Highly recommend. Went through the entire course and exam in less than three weeks in my own spare time.

5 ★ An excellent resource for learning HVAC without requiring a classroom. The app remembers where you left off,making it easy to start and stop as your schedule permits. There are a few annoying things, such as an occasional mismatch between the words on a slide, and the audio narration. It also doesn't update right away after finishing a section, so you have to scroll all the way to the top, refresh, and then wait for probably 5 to 10 seconds for it to refresh (also required to view test scores).

5 ★ This app has made my understanding of HVAC more concrete. It is definitely worth it. Some of the courses in it are overwhelmingly long (especially that epa 608), but still well worth it in the end. The voice in the courses is no Brian Orr, but can be just as lulling as his. If you're not careful you'll fall asleep. The developers are very responsive if you have any problems. All in all this is one of the best apps to better your education and become a better tech.

4 ★ SkillCat has some good training on the app. Some of the more basic stuff is REALLY basic, but maybe some people need it. Working on my EPA Universal, finished my EPA Type 1. If I have a complaint, it's that after finishing a quiz, it doesn't automatically show your score...you must go back to the list of modules, click back onto the quiz before you can see your score. This app is good...and best of all, it is COMPLETELY FREE. Great resource for a new HVAC worker or one wanting to learn HVAC.

5 ★ Excellent experience so far. I have made my way through a good portion of the lessons, and so far it has been really easy to navigate and breaks up lessons into practical application videos, repetitive examples to show new skills, and quizzes throughout to make sure you understand what you learned. Being able to do the lessons on my phone is a big deal too, I'm self employed, wich means my schedule is unpredictable, but I can work on this anytime, anywhere. Just perfect.

4 ★ Overall, great app for EPA 608 Universal Certificate. Nothing beats free. Just a few issues with the app. Some questions on the quizzes get marked wrong when they are correct. Some questions are ambiguous. During the actual exam, I had several questions appear multiple times. Also, occasionally while navigating through the course, it would take quite a while for the menu to appear.

3 ★ Good content and quality. But I mark right choices and they be wrong. You can pick the right answers and it would still say you missed one etc. Lagging after you complete a modules/ quiz. But you can't beat the free. I would of been done on my type one. My type one I had to redo it . Cause the app kept saying not answers then jumps around. But good information..

4 ★ ok great app needs a little work. I love the fact that it's free and it is easy to navigate. What could be improved, in some of the courses there are questions where the answers are clearly wrong, explain to you what the correct answer is and it is what you chose. It has happened a few times. Another thing that needs to be fixed is the youtube videos are cut short. I usually click on the video and it directs me to the whole video. I feel like I missed some good info because of it at first.

4 ★ The app was easy to navigate, though I wish the modules were grouped together by the relevant trades. Some of the quizzes had wrong questions and or wrong answers due to transcription errors. Some questions were worded in a way where users would have to interpret the question and/or the answers against what the program was trying to ask rather what it is actually asking. All in all, I got my EPA 608 Universal Certificate today with about 1-2 months of studying.

5 ★ Not only is the SkillCat app FANTASTIC, but the team behind it is AWESOME as well. When I first used the android app I found a few bugs and notified the team. THE NEXT DAY they thanked me for the notification and solved the issues. No more bugs! Fast forward a couple of weeks, and I earned my EPA 608 cert yesterday. THANK YOU SKILLCAT! So if you are looking for a fun, flexible, and straightforward way to get trade certs backed by a team who truly cares about what they do - USE SKILLCAT!

5 ★ This is a great app. Got my EPA 608 universal certification. SKILLCAT HAS A GREAT PROGRAM! I crammed down all the courses and had to complete the program at my own speed. I finished the program in 3 days, took the test, flunked the first test, went back, and reviewed some of the subjects I was weak in and passed the second time around. I would definitely recommend this course. Y Now I can fix my air conditioner without having someone talk me into replacing my whole HVAC.

2 ★ First attempt to watch a video and it says to rotate the screen. I rotate the screen. The phone recognizes that the screen is rotated correctly but the video in the App just stays stuck on the rotate message. Like the app doesn't realize the phone is rotated horizontally for viewing. Tried multiple times.

5 ★ Good app for 608 universal. Took me 7 tries to pass but I succeeded . Some bugs when starting a new 608 quiz. Make sure your wifi connection is good or it will bump you off and submit your incomplete test. I used phone data and got through it.

5 ★ I've been hardy studied all the week long. The process is very interesting organized, a lot of necessary materials with photos and videos. I've past the exam and now I'm waiting for the result.

5 ★ I absolutely LOVE this app and am in the middle of working through my EPA Certification. Great modules and exercises that do a good job of breaking things down. A must for anyone wanting to further their knowledge.
